Αρχικά πρώτου συνεχίσω το σχόλιο θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω τον κύριο Άρη που με τόσο υπομονή και επιμονή Με βοήθησε στο πρόβλημα που είχα..! "Πάνω από όλα είναι πολίτης και άνθρωπος μαζί" Η τεχνική από τα κεντρικά της εταιρείας είναι απαράδεκτη με είχαν σχεδόν ενάμιση μήνα χωρίς internet τους είχα πάρει ίσα με 10 φορές τηλέφωνο και τις 10 φορές μου είπαν ότι θα με πάρει ο τεχνικός ή να με ενημερώσει πότε θα έρθει δεν ήρθαν ποτέ..! Έως που ανακατεύτηκε ο κύριος Άρης και έκανε τα αδύνατα δυνατά για την πελάτισσα του για να μη χαθεί και να μη γίνει καταγγελία.. τελικά ένας άλλος τεχνικός του wind είχε έρθει στο διαμέρισμα είχε κόψει το ίντερνετ το δικό μου και το είχες συνδέσει σε άλλη σύνδεση .. γενικά απαράδεκτο σύστημα ότι αφορά ίντερνετ του σπιτιού..! 17 years customer of wind .. First I would like to continue the comment, I would like to thank Mr. Aris who with so much patience and perseverance helped me in the problem I had ..! "Above all, he is a citizen and a human being together" The technique from the company's headquarters is unacceptable, they had me for almost a month and a half without internet, I had called them 10 times and 10 times they told me that the technician would pick me up or inform me when he would come, they never came ..! Until Mr. Aris intervened and did his best for his client not to get lost and not to complain .. finally another wind technician had come to the apartment had cut off my internet and you had connected it to another connection .. generally unacceptable system that concerns the internet of the house ..!
c	conan freebird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΛΆ ΚΛΈΦΤΕΣ! Π.Χ 1)Για αντικατάσταση Sim card ζητάνε 10€ ενώ η ταρίφα σέ όλα τά καταστήματα wind είναι 5€!! Αυτό μάλιστα ισχύει σε πολλά αλλά (πακέτα... κλπ) ΠΡΟΦΑΝΏΣ ΈΧΟΥΝ ΑΛΛΟ ΤΙΜΟΚΑΤΆΛΟΓΟ ΠΡΟΣΈΞΤΕ 2)Πάει το θύμα νά πληρωσει ένα λογαριασμό (Σταθερό, κινητό... κλπ) οι υπάλληλοι Ζητάνε ΜΕΤΡΗΤΆ και δίνουν μια εικονική απόδειξη (πολλές φορές ΧΩΡΊΣ!) και ο λογαριασμός παραμένει ΑΠΛΗΡΩΤΟΣ !! Λόγω δημογραφική κατάσταση της περιοχής (ξένη, αλλοδαποί, τουρίστεσ...κλπ) Επίσης αυτά τα πράγματα συμβαίνουν σέ αλά 2 υποκατάστατα στην περιοχή κοντά κέντρο Αθήνας(τουλάχιστον αυτά που ξερό!) JUST THIEVES! E.G 1) For replacement of Sim card they ask 10 € while the tariff in all wind stores is 5 € !! This is true in many but (packages ... etc) OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE ANOTHER PRICE LIST BE CAREFUL 2) The victim goes to pay an bill (Landline, mobile ... etc) the employees ask for CASH and give a fictitious receipt (many times WITHOUT!) And the bill remains UNPAYED !! Due to the demographic situation of the area (foreigners, foreigners, tourists ... etc) Also these things happen in other 2 substitutes in the area near the center of Athens (at least the ones you know!)
N	Nikos Vasileiadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αψογη εξυπηρετηση!!!Ηθελα μια βεβαιωση για τον αριθμο του κινητου μου επειδη μου ζητηθηκε απο τη τραπεζα.Οταν πηρα τον αριθμο wind με καταχωρησαν ως Νικο και οχι ως Νικολαο και η κυρια που με εξυπηρετησε μπορεσε και ελυσε το προβλημα με το ονομα ωστε να γινει αποδεκτη η βεβαιωση απο τη τραπεζα. Flawless service !!! I wanted a certificate for my mobile number because I was asked by the bank. When I got the wind number I was registered as Nikos and not as Nikolaos and the lady who served me was able to solve the name problem so that the certificate from the bank is accepted.
