★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θλιβερή εμπειρία από την Wind. Πήγα στο κατάστημα αυτό την 21η Μαρτίου και έκανα αίτηση ενεργοποίησης ιντερνέτ για το σπίτι μου. Μου είπαν ότι σε 7-10 εργάσιμες θα το έχω. Την Δευτέρα 4 Απριλίου μου τηλεφώνησαν από την Wind ότι θα έρθουν τεχνικοί την αυριανή μέρα Τρίτη 5 Απριλίου μεταξύ 9:00-12:00. Δεν εμφανίστηκαν ποτέ ούτε ειδοποίησαν. Τηλεφώνησα στην Wind και χωρίς να μου δώσουν οποιαδήποτε αιτιολογία για την συμπεριφορά αυτή, και εγώ δίνοντας τόπο στην οργή που με έκλεισαν όλη μέρα στο σπίτι, συμφωνήσαμε να έρθουν οι τεχνικοί την Πέμπτη 7 Απριλίου μεταξύ 09:00-11:00. Ούτε εμφανίστηκαν ούτε ειδοποίησαν. Συμπεριφορά ανθρώπων και επαγγελματιών χωρίς ίχνος σεβασμού για τον πελάτη και συνάνθρωπο. Προσπαθώ να φανταστώ πως θα είναι η όλη συνεργασία άν τελικά έρθουν να βάλουν ιντερνέτ. Φυσικά έχω μετανιώσει που επέλεξα την Wind και ψάχνω εναλλακτικές.
Sad experience from Wind. I went to this store on March 21st and applied for internet for my home. I was told that in 7-10 working days I will have it. On Monday, April 4, I received a call from Wind that technicians would be coming tomorrow, Tuesday, April 5, between 9: 00-12: 00. They never showed up or were notified. I called Wind and without giving me any reason for this behavior, and I, giving way to the anger that locked me all day at home, agreed that the technicians would come on Thursday, April 7 between 09: 00-11: 00. They neither appeared nor were notified. Behavior of people and professionals without a trace of respect for the client and fellow human being. I try to imagine what the whole collaboration will be like if they finally come to put internet. Of course I regret that I chose Wind and I am looking for alternatives.
