Είχα πάρει και δεύτερο τηλέφωνο για επιβεβαίωση. Στο τηλέφωνο μου έλεγαν "ναι , υπάρχει κανονικά η συσκευή στο όνομά σας κρατημένη". Όταν πήγα από το κατάστημα μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει συσκευή στην ερώτησή μου "γιατί δεν ενημερώθηκε" μου είπαν ότι το κατάλαβαν αργά (η ώρα ήταν 18:40) Very bad store, with lousy service. I had "booked" a device to pass to receive in the afternoon. I had also received a second phone to confirm. My phone saying "yes, there is normally a device reserved in your name." When I left the store I was told there was no device in my question "why was it not updated" they told me they understood it late (it was 18:40)

m	maruta555 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να ρωτήσω για συμβόλαιο για καρτοκινητό, όλα καλά μέχρι που ζήτησα να διαβάσω το συμβόλαιο πριν το υπογράψω και ο νεαρός μου απάντησε ότι αυτό δε γίνεται, πρέπει πρώτα να αποδεχτώ τους όρους του συμβολαίου να κάνω το πρόγραμμα και μετά θα το διαβάσω! Μου εξήγησε ότι έτσι λειτουργεί το σύστημα και πρέπει απλά να τον εμπιστευτώ! Για να δώσω μια λύση στην παράνοια με την οποία βρέθηκα αντιμέτωπος πρότεινα να προχωρήσουμε με το συμβόλαιο και όταν τελικά το διαβάσω, στη περίπτωση που δε μ'αρεσει κάτι να το ακυρώσω. Ο υπάλληλος τότε μου εξήγησε ότι αυτο δε γίνεται, πρέπει να αποδεχτώ τους όρους χωρίς να τους διαβάσω, αφού τους αποδεχτώ προφορικά το συμβόλαιο τίθεται σε ισχύ χωρίς καν να υπογράψω και όταν θα έχω ήδη δεσμευτεί μόνο τότε θα μου το δώσουν και δε θα μπορώ να το ακυρώσω. Σημειώνω ότι συμφωνα με την νομοθεσία, σε περίπτωση σύναψης συμβολαίου προφορικά (πχ. κανείς το συμβόλαιο από το τηλέφωνο και δε μπορείς να το διαβάσεις) έχεις διορία 2 βδομάδες να αλλάξεις γνώμη, αλλά αυτά δε τους συμφέρει να τα λένε. Κανονικά ήταν για καταγγελία. They do NOT serve payments via viva. Note that on the viva site all wind stores can be considered as physical payment points for viva purchases.
γ	γρηγορης τσικρικωνης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για μια υπογραφή (που ξέχασε να πάρει πιστοποιητικό η μητέρα μου ) δλδ θα έμπαινε στο μαγαζί θα έβαζε υπογραφή κ θα έβγαινε χάθηκε ένας πελάτης καρτοκινητης.πηγαμε σε άλλο πάροχο κ ταυτοποίησαν την μητέρα μου από την τζαμαρία κ έκλεισε σε άλλο πάροχο. Ενώ στη Vodafone η ταυτοποίηση που έγινε από την τζαμαρία ( χωρίς υπογραφή από την πλευρά της μητέρας μου ) είναι αντίκανονικη διαδικασία; For a signature (which my mother forgot to get a certificate) dld would enter the store she would put a signature and it would come out a prepaid customer was lost.
