Απαντάνε πάντα στο τηλέφωνο και έχουν φιλική συμπεριφορά με πρόθεση να εξηγήσουν και να εξυπηρετήσουν. Θεωρώ είναι αυτό που χρειάζεται στο σπίτι και στην επιχείρηση σου. Excellent customer service until the last minute. Organized everything on the site with proper stocks. They always answer the phone and have a friendly attitude with the intention of explaining and serving. I believe it is what is needed in your home and business.
S	Stavroula Masmanidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ βάζω ένα αστέρι μόνο και μόνο γιατί είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός ο πωλητής. Αλλιώς 0 και πολύ είναι. ό,τι μα ό,τι έχω πάρει μου έχει βγει σκάρτο. Απο mouse pad που ξεκολλούσαν στη δεύτερη εβδομάδα μέχρι καλώδια hdmi (2 στον αριθμό)που δεν το έβγαζαν τον μήνα. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν ένα καλώδιο φόρτισης type c, το οποίο κόστισε αν θυμάμαι καλά γύρω στα 8 ευρώ και το πήρα αναγκαστικά αφού είχα χάσει το φορτιστή μου. Πάλι τα ίδια μια φόρτιζε μια δε φόρτιζε μέχρι που βρήκα το φορτιστή μου 2 μέρες μετά αλλά το κακό είχε γίνει. Τώρα μου έχει χαλάσει τη θύρα φόρτισης και για να φορτίσει πρέπει να το έχω σε συγκεκριμένες μοίρες με συγκεκριμένη πίεση κάνοντας και μια προσευχή. Η ποιότητα των αντικειμένων σ αυτό το κατάστημα είναι για κλάματα, παρόλο που είνια ακριβά και όπως διαπίστωσα πλέον είναι και επικίνδυνα. Κρίμα και το πλαίσιο δουλεύει κινεζιές αλλά το βγάζουν το 6μηνο χωρίς πρόβλημα I put a star just because the seller is very helpful and kind. Otherwise 0 and a lot is. Whatever I have taken has come to naught. From mouse pads that came off in the second week to hdmi cables (2 in number) that did not come out during the month. The highlight was a type c charging cable, which cost if I remember correctly around 8 euros and I had to get it after I lost my charger. Again, one charged and one did not charge until I found my charger 2 days later but the damage had been done. Now my charging port is broken and in order for it to charge I have to have it in certain degrees with a certain pressure while praying. The quality of the items in this store is for crying, although they are expensive and as I found out now they are also dangerous. Too bad the frame works Chinese but they take it out in 6 months without any problem
