AVOID THIS COMPANY! I was trying to request WiFi to Polimnias 15 Kipseli. I’m waiting for technican already one month. They supposed to come yesterday from 12-15:00. Nobody came. Then today at 12:00. Guess what? Nobody came AGAIN!!!! Then they said Monday 14:00!!! I can’t wait anymore!!!! This WiFi is urgent! I need it long time ago! I’m loosing my business because of WIND!!! It is disrespectful and unorganized! They are very irresponsible, they just don’t care. Again - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

The service was ok, but they're not there to help you with an issue, they're there to sell you and get your money. If you have a tabket/laptop make sure to try tithering option if it works. With wind it did not work! they would not help me solve the issue, they just told me we can't help you. The plan is surely overpriced but I'll be honest it worked 90% of the way on the ferries even on Santorini Island it worked fine. Will not hesitate to go to competition next time. Stay away from Wind, unless it's an emergency.

Wouldn't waste your time coming here if you want a short term prepaid sim. 24 euro for 5gb for 30 days is all they have on offer.

They were quick to make my contract but at the first sign of me having questions they stopped replying. There are better wind store in town

The Wind store is an amazing place. There's a variety of electronics and phone accessories. The staff are very friendly and the process to get a sim card is conveniental.

WARNING TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR STORE!! Went there after I added funds to my account only to see that the company stole the entire balance before I could even activate the service. Just flushed 20€ down the toilet. I showed up to the establishment and they had me walk all the way back home just to get my physical vaccine card and passport. When I got back to ask them what happened and why they took all the money from my balance when I NEVER received service or activated it. The gentleman immediately started yelling AT ME? saying I used the service and that’s why there’s no money in my account and told me to call customer service to help me? I was shocked! I even showed him the email invoice I was sent the day before claiming my payment to my account and he yelled at me again to call customer service and to basically leave him alone. I stayed calm cause there’s no reason to yell, but these employees have zero respect for anyone who comes through their door. Expect to leave there disrespected by these low class uneducated employees. They know they’re working for a shady company and instead of taking accountability and fixing their mistakes, they will GASLIGHT you as if you’re doing something wrong by coming to their establishment on why they stole your money with no service in return. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank as the transaction is deemed fraudulent by WIND for non received services, so I will get my money back ...but I will NEVER do business with them again, and neither should you! Unless you want to be gaslighted when you confront them of their corrupt business models. STAY AWAYYYYY AT ALL COSTS, you’ve been warned!
