N	Nik Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο προσωπικό και για να μην πάρει όλους η μπάλα, αναφέρομαι σε έναν με μούσια που υποτίθεται θα με βοηθούσε στο να ενεργοποιηθεί πακέτο της Q που αγόρασα και πλήρωσα την πρώτη κάρτα. Αντί να μου εξηγήσει για ποιο λόγο δεν έχει ενεργοποιηθεί εδώ και 5 ημέρες (ενώ η συνάδελφος του στο τηλεφωνικό τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης μου είχε πει για 2) αντ'αυτου όλο ύφος και σταρχιδισμο μου απάντησε δε μπορεί να κάνει κάτι και μου κάλεσε το τηλεφωνικό τμήμα και μου έδωσε το τηλέφωνο να μιλήσω εγώ (!!). Στο τηλεφωνικό τμήμα ήταν μια μαντάμ που δεν ήξερε να απαντήσει σε καμία ερώτηση και μου επαναλαμβανε να βάλω την 10€υρη κάρτα ενώ της έλεγα πως δεν υπάρχει δίκτυο. Σηκώθηκα και έφυγα. Καμία σχέση με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών της cosmote τουλάχιστον στο κατάστημα της. 0 Unacceptable staff and in order not to get everyone the ball, I am referring to one with a beard that was supposed to help me activate the Q package I bought and paid for the first card. Instead of explaining to me why he hasn't been activated for 5 days (while his colleague in the service department told me about 2) instead of all the style and starkness he answered me he can't do anything and he called my phone department and he gave me the phone to talk to myself (!!). There was a madam on the phone who didn't know how to answer any questions and kept telling me to put my € 10 card while I told her there was no network. I got up and left. No relation to the cosmote customer service department at least in its store. 0

Α	Αλέξης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, άσχετοι σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρουν και με ανύπαρκτη διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν. Τελικά μετά από 6 μέρες εξυπηρετήθηκα λόγω ότι απευθύνθηκα στα κεντρικά τους. Unacceptable service, irrelevant to the services they offer and with a non-existent willingness to serve. Finally, after 6 days, I was served because I went to their headquarters.

C	Christos Tragkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικό προσωπικό κ πρόθυμο, καθυστέρηση στην εξυπηρέτηση λόγω ουράς έξω από το κατάστημα. Τήρηση των υγειονομικών μέτρων. Ζαλισμα στο ταμείο για προσφορά. Οκ είναι κ αυτό μέρος της δουλειάς του υπάλληλου αλλά κάθε φορά τα ίδια κ καταντάει κουραστικό έως εκνευριστικό. Και με αποτρέπει να ξαναπάω γιατί θα ακούσω πάλι τα ίδια. Η επιθετική πώληση δεν είναι πάντα ο καλύτερος τρόπος για προώθηση πωλήσεων κ δεν είναι κ για όλες τις περιπτώσεις. Polite staff and willing, delay in service due to queue outside the store. Observance of sanitary measures. Stunning at the box office for an offer. Ok this is also part of the employee's job but every time the same k becomes tedious to annoying. And it prevents me from going again because I will hear the same things again. Aggressive selling is not always the best way to promote sales and it is not always the case.
