★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tracking system is quite useful. Most importantly, there's a very wide variety of restaurants (and many of my favorites). Easy to browse cuisines. The radius of delivery is larger than other apps, and I like that even when I want to order from further away I just need to pay a small additional delivery fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gets worse with time. Maybe they are trying to cut costs, but the delays are outrageous - been changing the delivery time every 10’ - currently at 90’ and waiting. And of course the chat function won’t work as its in their interest to be impossible to be found. Will try competitors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The app can be improved. I found it difficult to search for the restaurant I wanted. No idea how/why one of the products I had checked got deleted. No credit cards accepted upon delivery. The delivery guy was not wearing his mask properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not use the services of this company anymore. The reason is that the delivery men drive their motorcycles in an agressive and dangerous way inside the town. You can not walk on the pavements of Thessaloniki relaxed because out of a sudden a wolt delivery guy appears running agressively through towards you. You can not drive your car decently and relaxed inside the town because out of a sudden a wolt delivery guy on a motorcycle appears from your blind spot and races quickly. They are also very agressive in behaviour. This is a huge responsibility of the Wolt company in Greece and has to be dealt with. Is the company pushing the drivers excessively so they are agressive? The wolt delivery motorcycles work in a dangerous way. There is huge dangers for them and for others. Both drivers and of course pedestrian. Something must be done. The situation is completely dangerous and unacceptable!

The reason I am writing this review is at the same time for another reason that happened to me a few days ago and a man working at Wolt company, was at the same time in the same place.
Location: Alimos, southern suburbs of Athens.
I had a car accident without injuries or something else serious, fortunately. After the incident, that man after he watched what happened and seeing me being shocked for the moment, stopped his motorbike, with the logo company, and help me out in this situation, with every way possible, from helping me move the car that was blocking the street, willing to buy me something to drink, etc.
The think I want to point out is that, human factor is a major one and can determine a lot in every aspect of our lives.
Many Thanks to that man, I didn't even asked for his name.
Those behaviors incline/tend to be rare, these days.
