★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή τοποθεσία. Δεν υπάρχει πουθενά να παρκάρεις. Δεν μπορώ να αξιολογήσω τις υπηρεσίες του καταστήματος γιατί δεν μπόρεσα καν να μπω μέσα. Δεν υπήρχε κανένα απολύτως σημείο να παρκάρω κάπου νόμιμα.
Bad location. There is nowhere to park. I can not evaluate the services of the store because I could not even get inside. There was absolutely no point in parking somewhere legally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Κάλεσα 6 φορές συνολικά και η δουλειά μου δεν έγινε. 6 φορές ξοδέψαμε 10 λεπτά για την πιστοποίηση των στοιχείων και δε μπορούσαν να λύσουν ένα απλό θέμα ebanking. Και το ΙΤ και το customer support δεν έχει ιδέα . Αλλάξτε τράπεζα κ μη χάνετε το χρόνο σας μαζί τους.
The worst phone customer service. I called 6 times in total and my job was not done. 6 times we spent 10 minutes on data authentication and they could not solve a simple ebanking issue. Both IT and customer support have no idea. Change bank and do not waste your time with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the webpage appointment system, which took 2-3 days to replay and another 4 to find a free spot.
The day of my appointment i had to wait outside for about 25-30mins, in a line and no one from the bank to inform us of the situation.
When i got in it took about and hour to open a new account and at some point they failed to enable my ebanking. Their solution was to either try to get an other appointment (~10days of waiting time) for their failure or wait for my credit/debit card to arrive after 5-7 work days in order to active ebanking through the app.
I thought this was a decent bank but it seem its the worst.
TL;DR You have to schedule an appointment which will take from 3-4 days up to 10+. Even with appointment you might need to wait outside.
If they fail to enable your ebanking you need to schedule another appoint, cause their failure is your fault somehow.
