Alsi is dedicated to his passion for creation, combining raw materials with culinary art. At his first steps he was introduced to Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, but as a spirit that never rests he never stopped evolving. Polynesian cuisine came into his life in 2010 and then he came across the paths of Japanese, Peruvian, Siamese and Cantonese cooking. He has worked as both head chef and consultant. The teamwork with Chef Heinz Winkler (3 Michelin stars) was a memorable moment in his career, as well as his participation in several culinary festivals through Europe. One of the many things that set him apart is his ability to communicate the principles of commitment and respect to the team. His talent in choosing the best, freshest and purest raw materials, and treat them with the respect they deserve, combining them and at the same time elevating each one of them separately is what makes him an artist in the kitchen.

Really cozy , warm atmosphere and decoration. Unfortunately, not value for money, since the portions were too smaller than the usual ones for a top rated restaurant. Really kind staff !!

Great looking place with beautiful decor. Service is excellent and professional. The food was well prepared and presented. All dishes are of good standard but none stood out massively to make you have to come back. All in all a good choice for lunch or dinner

Very low value for money. portions were medium to small size and side dishes lacked imagination. Also, the burger I ordered was very small and not very tasty. Design, decoration and atmosphere where very good...such a shame.

Keeping a steady quality is the most important key to success especially when it comes to food. That’s why I keep coming back very often to enjoy the quality not only of food but also of the service and the smart environment. I haven’t tried brunch yet but I’m sure that it will be super :-)

To start we ordered the tuna tartare and dumplings. Tuna tartare was extremely salty Dumplings were good but bite size. For the main dish we ordered the aged Tomahawk and my husband and I shared it. We asked that it be cooked medium, the inner part was cooked to perfection but the oouter ends were over cooked. It's a 96 euro dish and comes with no sides. The sides were blah. You can choose from french fries, smashed potatoes, carrot puree, vegetables and Jasmine rice. We ordered french fries and carrot puree. Nothing to rave about when it comes to their sides. Wish I could give this place 5 stars. But I've had a better food experience at places like Kozi's, Basegrill or Drakoulis. We did hear that their lamb chops are good but that was not on the menu. The ambiance is good and the restaurant is nice. The drinks were also pretty good.
