I made an e-purchase of a mobile phone, Every time I called them to ask some questions they were all very kind. Immediate service the phone was exactly as I was told without any problems.

I have been a customer in this store for many years or rather for better in this business… .The service and the behavior are impeccable! From the iPhone 3GS which was the first I bought until today I have the latest model I never but never had a problem but whatever it took was always there !!!!! Well done to all of you guys.

Crooks. Within a few months the mobile iPhone 7, I bought stopped making and receiving calls. When I sent it with the guarantee, they replied that they could not fix it due to a small crack in the edge of the screen, implying that it had been damaged due to the ingress of moisture, however, the damage had occurred long before the crack. But I accepted it and thanked them. But when I asked DOO technicians they told me that the motherboard had an issue since the serial number did not even appear, they told me that the crack had nothing to do and that it was caused by excessive use, it actually "burned" something that was unlikely to have been caused by me since I only had it for 5 months. As if that was not enough since I decided to send it to Athens in the central to repair it since I really liked the iPhone 7 I was told that it is not repaired, that it had the "first" since there was no spare part for it. The processor did not even know where it was from. When I asked various people in the industry about this particular company, they clarified about the poor quality of their products. They reconstruct them with muff materials. I was disappointed. They are indeed SCAMS.

Worst service, Three days I talk on the phone with two different people who do not know how to tell me a price for iPhone x! Today they tell me to leave the phone and Mr. Andreas will call you, Mr. Andreas is missing of course !!! But better I probably escaped Because from the reviews I see it is not worth buying a used iPhone !!!

I was not at all happy with my experience with this store. After they confiscated a large amount of money from me by mistake, because they did not have the mobile phone I ordered, they were a month late to return it with unfounded pretexts. Not good service at all. I went to their place in order to buy a mobile phone. The store's policy, as far as it is understood, is to sell mobile phones with glass so that you can not see what the screen is like. Again I understood it well in time and proceeded with a refund which was made after 7 working days and the amount was large enough to commit so. I will not prefer it again nor do I recommend it.
