Δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπαραγγείλω ποτέ από αυτό το κατάστημα. Unacceptable, I ordered some nail products and they haven't been here for 2 months! I have called them so many times that they don't even answer me! I will never order from this store again.

Αρχικά πέρασαν 8 ημέρες για να παραλάβω την παραγγελία μου ενώ έλεγε 1-3 για παράδοση και κάλεσα 2 φορές και μου είπαν ότι είναι θέμα κούριερ και να καλέσω εκεί αν μπορώ να δω που είναι το δέμα κτλπ γιατί δυστυχώς εκείνοι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι. Επίσης ζήτησα τιμολόγιο και μου έκοψαν απόδειξη με την πρόφαση ότι είχα κάνει δύο παραγγελίες και στην μια είχα ζητήσει έκδοση τιμολογίου ενώ στην άλλη είχα ζητήσει απλή απόδειξη. Ζήτησα να ακυρωθεί η απόδειξη και να κοπεί τιμολόγιο εκ νέου αλλά αρνήθηκαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν γιατί λέει δεν μπορούν να το κάνουν αυτό ενώ λογιστικά μπορεί να γίνει ενημερώθηκα από τον λογιστή μου. Λυπάμαι πολύ αλλά δεν θα τους ξανά προτιμήσω ποτέ ξανά για τις αγορές μου. Unacceptable and unprofessional !! I also asked for an invoice and they cut my receipt under the pretext that I had made two orders and in one I had requested an invoice while in the other I had asked for a simple receipt. I asked for the receipt to be canceled and an invoice to be cut again but they refused to serve me because he says they can not do that while accounting can be done I was informed by my accountant. I'm very sorry but I will never prefer them again for my purchases.

Κ	Κριτσιμά Βίκυ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση δυστυχώς και αναρωτιέμαι αν άλλαξε ο ιδιοκτήτης του καταστήματος καθώς την πρώτη φορά δεν είχα κάποιο πρόβλημα, αυτή τη φορά όμως αναγκάστηκα να τους ενοχλήσω η ίδια 10+ μέρες μετά για να δω τι γίνεται με την παραγγελία μου. Μου είπαν ότι δεν την έχουν στείλει ακόμη γιατί τους έλειπε ένα προϊόν ενώ θα μπορούσαν να με έχουν ενημερώσει και να με ρωτήσουν αν θέλω να περιμένω τόσο καιρό για αυτό το προϊόν ή να στείλουν τα υπόλοιπα πράγματα. Τους είπα ότι τα χρειάζομαι άμεσα και μου είπε η κοπέλα ότι θα τα στέλνανε την επόμενη μέρα πράγμα που δεν έγινε φυσικά τότε αλλά την ερχόμενη εβδομάδα. Επίσης επέμεινα αρκετές μέρες για να μου κάνουν επιστροφή των χρημάτων του προϊόντος που ήταν σε έλλειψη. Επαγγελματισμός μηδέν. I was told that they have not sent it yet because they were missing a product and they could have informed me and asked if I want to wait that long for this product or send the rest of the stuff. I told them that I needed them immediately and the girl told me that they would send them the next day, which of course did not happen then but next week. I also insisted for several days to get my money back for the product that was in short supply. Professionalism zero.
