Μας κάλεσαν για επιβεβαίωση επειδή είχαμε παραγγείλει και μια συσκευασία δώρου για να μη γίνει λάθος στη συσκευασία. Επίσης μας έβαλαν και μια ευχαριστήρια χειρόγραφη καρτούλα που μέτρησε πολυ θετικά. Μακάρι όλες οι επιχειρήσεις να ήταν σαν εσάς. Prompt service and very kind staff. They called us for confirmation because we had also ordered a gift package so that the packaging would not be mistaken. They also gave us a thank you handwritten card that counted very positively. I wish all businesses were like you.

Ο courier ενημερώνει για την ώρα άφιξης. Χρειάστηκε να κάνω μία αλλαγή και η απόκριση τους ήταν άμεση δείχνοντας μεγάλη διάθεση να βοηθήσουν. Πραγματικά άψογος επαγγελματισμός! Very nice store, prompt service and professionalism. The orders I placed were delivered immediately (in two days) and correctly. The courier informs about the arrival time. Είχα πάρει μια ιδέα από το site, μου άρεσαν πολύ τα μπλουζάκια τους και, επειδή μένω κοντά, προτίμησα να ψωνίσω "δια ζώσης". Οι κυρίες που με εξυπηρέτησαν ήταν πολύ ευγενικές! It is not a classic shop window. I got an idea from the site, I really liked their t-shirts and, because I live close by, I preferred to shop "for a living". The ladies who served me were very kind!

I would put another star, if there was for the individual interest shown by the children in the call center, both for the appropriate help in finding the size of t-shirts, and for sending them immediately during a holiday, due to a birthday present. Ευγενέστατοι στο τηλέφωνο κι ακόμα κι όταν έκανα λάθος στο νούμερο των t-shirt που παρήγγειλα μου έκαναν την αλλαγή χωρίς καμία χρέωση! Εκεί δε που παθαίνω πλάκα κάθε φορά, είναι το πόσο γρήγορα εκτελούν και στέλνουν την παραγγελία! Μόνο συγχαρητήρια! Τιμούν το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο!
