S	Still not loving police on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 χρόνια δεν έχω δει κινητό να μη φορτίζει στον ένα χρόνο και να εξακολουθεί το ίδιο μετά την αγορά νέας. Αντιπροσωπεία δεν έχει και πρέπει να πληρώσεις για να το στείλεις για επισκευή. Κακή εικόνα τόσο του κινητού ( ποτέ κανείς ulefone) όσο του καταστήματος. Ας προσέχετε τι πουλάτε. For 20 years I have not seen a mobile phone not charging in one year and still the same after buying a new one. It does not have a dealership and you have to pay to send it for repair. Bad image of both the mobile (never ulefone) and the store. Be careful what you sell.

V	Vasilis Χ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 8 Οκτωβρίου παράγγειλα τα ασύρματα ακουστικά της APPLE AIRPODS 2ND GENERATION με κόστος 129,90 ευρώ. Όντως ήρθαν στις 11 Οκτωβρίου όπου διαπίστωσα φορώντας τα ότι το δεξί ακουστικό δεν λειτουργεί. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και με δικά τους έξοδα ήρθε ο κούριερ και στις 12/10/21 τα έστειλα πίσω. Πέρασαν 17 μέρες χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση μέχρι να μου στείλουν ένα απλό email που έλεγαν ότι τελικά θα γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων λέγοντάς μου όμως νωρίτερα ότι δεν ξέρουμε αν μπορούμε να σας επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα καθώς η επίσημη αντιπροσωπεία προβαίνει μόνο σε επισκευή ή αντικατάσταση του ελαττωματικού προϊόντος. ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΛΑΘΟΣ. Η ευρωπαϊκή νομοθεσία είναι σαφής. Τέλος, μια συγνώμη δεν θα έβλαπτε. Ο ερασιτεχνισμός στο μεγαλείο του. ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΩ! On October 8, I ordered the wireless headphones of APPLE AIRPODS 2ND GENERATION at a cost of 129.90 euros. They did come on October 11th where I found out wearing them that the right handset does not work. I contacted them and at their own expense the courier came and on 12/10/21 I sent them back. It took me 17 days without any information until they sent me a simple email saying that there will be a refund but telling me earlier that we do not know if we can refund your money as the official dealership only repairs or replaces the defective product. YOU ARE MISTAKING. European legislation is clear. Finally, an apology would not hurt. Amateurism in its glory. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
G	GamingWithAlex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι ακουστικά τα οποία ήταν στην πιο φθηνή τιμή στο skroutz, δουλεύουν όπως τα περίμενα και ήταν και πρόθυμος ο ταμίας να με βοηθήσει με κάποιες ερωτήσεις που είχα σχετικά με το προϊόν, +ότι μου έκαναν και δώρο 2 mousepad. Παρά πολύ καλό μαγαζί και εξαιρετικό προσωπικό I bought a pair of headphones which were at the cheapest price on skroutz, they work as I expected and the cashier was willing to help me with some questions I had about the product, + that they also gave me a gift of 2 mousepads. Very good shop and great staff
S	Sofia Merm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ενα smartphone της xiaomi και χρειάστηκε να κανω χρήση της εγγύησης. Στο πρώτο τηλ που έκανα στο κατάστημα μου είπαν οτι δε δικαιούμαι χρήση αλλα τους επισήμανα οτι βάση νόμου η εγγύηση για ολες τις ηλ. Συσκευές ειναι τα 2 χρόνια οποτε και τους εστειλα την συσκευή. Μου ειπαν οτι η διαδικασία θα παρει περιπου 1 εβδομάδα. Το κινητό εφτασε στα χέρια τους 8/11 μετα απο πολλα δικα μου τηλ και χωρις να παιρνω ξεκαθαρη απάντηση για το που βρίσκεται η συσκευή , ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τον υπεύθυνο ο οποίος μου ειπε το κλασικό οτι θα με καλέσει δε με καλεσε ποτε ,ξανακαλεσα μου εδωσε το τηλ της εταιρίας που στάλθηκε το τηλέφωνο, οπου καλεσα και προς έκπληξη μου εμαθα οτι το κιν εφτασε στα χερια του service στις 3/12!!!!! Ολο αυτο το διάστημα οποτε καλουσα στην top store μου έλεγαν οτι απο μερα σε μερα θα εχω το τηλέφωνο. Τελικα το τηλέφωνο επέστρεψε στα χερια μου 8/12 όπου μεσα σαν βλάβη είχε δηλωθεί απο το κατάστημα η μπαταρία ενω εγω τους ειχα δηλώσει οτι το προβλημα ηταν οτι η συσκευή εκλεινε μόνη της σε διάφορες στιγμές μεσα στην ημέρα. Ποτε δεν ειχα θεμα με την μπαταρία. Με λιγα λόγια εμεινα ενα μηνα χωρις συσκευή χωρις λόγο και το κινητόεπέστρεψε με το ίδιο προβλημα εφόσον δηλωσαν άσχετο λογο στο service. Καθόλου ευχαριστημένη με το κατάστημα, δεν το προτείνω!!!! I bought a xiaomi smartphone and had to use the warranty. In the first phone call I made to the store, they told me that I was not entitled to use but I pointed out to them that according to the law, the guarantee for all electronic devices is 2 years, so I sent them the device. I was told that the procedure will take about 1 week. The mobile phone arrived in their hands 8/11 after many of my phone calls and without getting a clear answer about the location of the device, I asked to talk to the person in charge who told me the classic that he would call me and he never called me, I called again gave me the phone number of the company where the phone was sent, where I called and to my surprise I learned that the mobile reached the hands of the service on 3/12 !!!!! All this time whenever I called the top store they told me that from day to day I would have the phone. Eventually the phone returned to my hands 8/12 where the battery had been declared as damaged by the store while I had told them that the problem was that the device turned off on its own at various times during the day. I never had a problem with the battery. In short, I was left without a device for a month without a reason and the mobile phone returned with the same problem since they stated an irrelevant reason in the service. Not at all happy with the store, I do not recommend it !!!!

Απλά τέλειος !! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση ,πουθενά δεν έβρισκα ετοιμοπαράδοτο ρολόι με κάρτα sim Today I bought a children's smartwatch from the store, Dimitris (employee) was amazing, he connected it to me and explained its operation to me. Just perfect !! Thank you very much for the prompt service, I could not find a ready-made watch with a sim card anywhere
