Αγόρασα ένα ελλειπτικό μηχάνημα τον Ιούλιο, οι μπαταρίες του οποίου ανοίξανε μόλις δυο μήνες μετά και τα υγρά της μπαταρίας γεμίσανε όλο το χώρο πίσω από το καντράν. Όταν τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα ο υπάλληλος ( Φραντζεσκάκης Ν ) μου είπε με πολύ άσχημο τόνο ότι αυτό δεν είναι δική του ευθύνη. Παρακαλώ πολύ να ελέγχετε εάν οι υπάλληλοί σας μπορούν να κάνουν σωστά τη δουλειά τους. The clerk at Kavala is derisively with unacceptable behavior. Παρήγγειλα μια πρωτεΐνη και μια κρεατίνη, τα προϊόντα μαζί κόστιζαν 30,80 λόγω μιας έκπτωσης της πρωτεΐνης, από 29 σε 23 ευρώ. Όταν πήγα στο κατάστημα να τα παραλάβω ο υπάλληλος μου είπε ότι τα προϊόντα κοστίζουν 36, 80 ευρώ, δηλαδή όσο θα κόστιζαν χωρίς την έκπτωση της πρωτεΐνης. Ενημέρωσα τον υπάλληλο πως εγώ τα αγόρασα με έκπτωση, και το τελικό κόστος ανερχόταν στα 30, 80 και όχι στα 36,80 που μου χρέωσε. Ο υπάλληλος όμως επέμεινε, και μου είπε ότι το ποσό είναι 36,80 και αν αποδείξω το αντίθετο θα μου επιστρέψουν τα λεφτά. Δηλαδή δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να δουν τα στοιχεία της παραγγελίας μου, ήθελαν απλά τα χρήματα. Απαράδεκτο και αντι-επαγγελματικό. Εν τέλει πήγα ξανά στο κατάστημα με την ηλεκτρονική απόδειξη της παραγγελίας που είχα στο email και μόνο τότε μου επέστρεψαν τα λεφτά. ΕΝΤΕΛΩΣ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! The store in Kavala is UNACCEPTABLE!
