Το μόνο που δεν μπορώ να "χωνέψω" από την πολιτική της you είναι η χρέωση 1,5 ευρώ για να έρθω να πάρω τη παραγγελία μου από το κατάστημα, αλλά και 1 ευρώ για αντικαταβολή. Λες και τα λεφτά δεν τα πληρώνω στο ίδιο το κατάστημα της you. Πολύ κακή πολιτική που προσωπικά αρκετές φορές με έκανε να αγοράσω από αλλού, αφού εν τέλει έβγαινε το ίδιο ή και φθηνότερα.
Good shop with constant offers. The only thing I can not "digest" from you policy is the fee of 1.5 euros to come to get my order from the store, and 1 euro for cash on delivery. Like the money I do not pay in your own store. Very bad policy that personally made me several times to buy from elsewhere, after it finally came out the same or even cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην κάνετε το λάθος να τους εμπιστευτείτε συσκευή για επισκευή, ειδικά αν σας είναι απαραίτητη.
Τους πήγα το λάπτοπ μου, μου είπαν ότι θα είναι έτοιμο σε μία εβδομάδα και τελικά ήρθε σε τρεις χωρίς να το έχουν επισκευάσει πλήρως. Έκαναν απλώς μια "πατέντα", όπως μου είπαν. Μετά την 1η βδομάδα τους έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο και μου έλεγαν πως θα είναι έτοιμο από μέρα σε μέρα. Μετά πληροφορήθηκα ότι απλά μου έλεγαν ψέματα και ότι η επισκευαστική εταιρεία ήταν κλειστή για διακοπές.
Όταν παραπονέθηκα στον υπάλληλο για αυτήν την κοροϊδία, μου είπε: "Να σου κόψω ένα εικοσάρικο αν είναι να σου απαλύνει τον πόνο".
Μην ξεγελαστείτε από την επωνυμία της you, επικοινώνησα και μαζί τους και δεν μπόρεσαν να κάνουν απολύτως τίποτα.

I took my laptop to them, they told me it would be ready in a week and it finally came in three without having it completely repaired. They just made a "patent", as I was told. After the 1st week I called them and they told me that it would be ready day by day. Then I was informed that they were just lying to me and that the repair company was closed for holidays.
When I complained to the clerk about this mockery, he told me: "Let me cut you a twenty if it is to ease your pain".
Do not be fooled by your name, I also contacted them and they could not do anything at all.
