Whatever I say is a little. I was looking for a mattress for my son and by chance I saw the mattress I had seen in a mattress store in my city 120 euros cheaper. I contacted and they informed me in such detail about the specifications of each one. Not only that but the gentleman I spoke to in phone called me back to suggest me some mattresses that were ready to be delivered and which were on great offer. In the morning we talked and in the afternoon they brought me the mattress (LATEX). In fact they did the service to send me all 3 mattresses that we were interested in for testing to be sure of the choice. They also called me before they came to offer me a pillow which again was double price (memory foam). The girl who brought the mattresses was very kind. In the evening they called me to ask if we were satisfied. At this price I got the best mattress and pillow that would be the lower mattress elsewhere .. Whatever I need is sure to be preferred by you now. I highly recommend.

I will try to explain to you what has happened I place my order through Scrooge and I do not receive a reply email, I check if the transaction took place and I see that the money has been charged normally. The days go by and I send to the company to confirm that everything is going well. They answer that everything is fine and send me a tracking number. 10 days pass and I say since I do not have the package I will go to pick it up (in Ampelokipi while the shipment was for cuckoo) I go to pick it up and the torment begins. The shipment was in another name and the clerk could not deliver it to me. We take the company and he says a lot to hand it over to me as some mistake will have been made. I go to get it and they ask me for money as it was cash on delivery. I show them that I have paid for it and again we get the company which with a lot for an hour and a quarter drove me crazy that I imagine I have put money and I want to steal it (while I was sending them the receipt) things had become like six 1 I place the order and pay 2 is not registered by the system 3 I look for it and they send me the order of another person I go to pick it up and they find out that they have not sent my parcel 5 they drive me crazy and tell me for hours that they have not received money and that I imagine it Obviously they do not apologize to me. I lost a breakfast, I did not take my parcel, they spoke to me rudely while it is their fault and I spoke to them politely and obviously they did not apologize to me as I was to blame (?????)
