Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Τα δωμάτια εξαιρετικά και το εστιατόριο φανταστικό!

Hotel is brand new and very well located. Very stylish and cool hotel. Excellent staff. Good Quality and price ratio. Very good choise to stay in Athens

In general we were very happy about our stay at the hotel: the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean. The doorman is incredibly positive and puts a smile on your face each time you meet him. What impacted our experience was the varying levels of service and the way certain situations were dealt with. During our first breakfast we got the feeling that the staff wasn’t really prepared to host us: they forgot or mixed up our orders, brought drinks after the food had already arrived and in general were more focussed on setting the tables for lunch service than on keeping an eye out for the few remaining guests. This left me with a feeling of not wanting to come back the next morning, even though we had prepaid breakfast for the entire stay. They did prepare breakfast boxes for our early check out though, which we appreciated. After booking a massage we weren’t told where it would take place and on which floor the spa is located. Since there are no signs in the elevator we wandered around in our bathrobes searching for a clue. The massage itself was great and very professional! Our laundry was cleaned properly and within a day, but was not returned to our room. We had to call the front desk twice before someone brought it up. Although the hotel points out its commitment to sustainability the towels are changed daily, which was not required by us and we didn’t place them on the floor to indicate our wish to change them. I am sure this could be handled differently. The mini bar does not stock black tea, which is a little strange given the selection of herbal teas. House keeping also forgot to restock the coffee capsules and shower amenities on several occasions. There was no help with our luggage upon checkout. The two gentlemen at the front desk informed us that the doorman had his day off and they made no effort to help instead. We were travelling with several pieces of luggage and would have appreciated a hand. The place opened only recently, so some of the quirks might be down to the team still getting settled in, but although overall everyone was very friendly, the service needs to be more refined in order to provide a truly five star feel.

Lovely!!! My family of four stayed here in April 2022 for three days. It is centrally located, with walkability to the Parthenon (15minutes) and great shopping/eating. It is located two to three minutes from the other high end hotels in Athens. The hotel is stunning. It has a beautiful aesthetic- modern, yet approachable and comfortable. The lovely pristine bathrooms in the bedrooms had every amenity and were maintained immaculately. The rooms were perfect, again with modern detailing but extremely comfortable and perfectly maintained. The best part of our hotel was Angelo - part of the front staff. He was extremely helpful in every aspect. He went above and beyond every single time- he made our hotel experience!
