T	Tina Papa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just returned from an 8-day tour arranged through Xilouris travel; the whole experience was rather frustrating! We kept asking for specific information because we were being picked up at a different location from where the bus was starting. When we finally received the name/phone number of the guide (the day before), we tried calling several times to see exactly where we would be picked up. We could not get a hold of the person and kept getting a recorded message that the phone was not accepting calls! The morning of the trip, we headed for our pickup point hoping for the best! A friend of ours finally called us and informed us that the bus would pick up us up in the next 45 minutes. We were waiting at the pick up location from 9:45 a.m. and finally were picked up at 11:15! When the driver picked us up, he told us that they were waiting of us in Athens for over 1/2 hour and kept calling a number given to them. The number had nothing to do with us. Our travel agent never told them that we were picked up at a different location and did not give them our mobile phone number to be contacted! Also, we were never told that the actual tour arrangements were handled by a different travel agency!
