★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero respect to customer. Came for brunch, waited for 1hr after order just to find out FROM TABLE NEARBY that kitchen is not working due to some tech failure. Noone ever bothered to inform us about it, nor offer a compliment. When we asked why we wasn't informed about it there was no cohesive reply.Ended up wasting 1.5hr of our Sunday trip on sitting. Obviously left without getting any food served

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came for a brunch, spending 1,5 hours driving to Nafplio we were pretty hungry. We were seated and seeing how busy the cafe was we expected for a delay. Expectations though grew to waiting for more than one hour with us sitting at the table without even basic water for which we asked several times. It came even to the point when someone put forks and knives to the table but the food was nowhere to be seen still! Suddenly we’ve heard the neighboring table asking for food and a waitress answering that the kitchen is broken. We’ve asked then what’s going on with our “brunch”, we were starving at this point. They’ve told us as well the kitchen is broken but because we ordered earlier our food was on its way (1 hour later). We waited for another 15 minutes and left canceling the food. No one informed us during this hour long wait that there was a problem with the kitchen. They just left us waiting, starving without any apology or explanation. Simple explanation that they have a trouble with kitchen and we shouldn’t wait would be understandable instead of us waisting 1,5 hours of our trip!
Unbelievable, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the best brunch meals of my life. The staff was quick and friendly. The chicken club was amazing with juicy chicken and crispy bread, perfectly cooked potatoes and sauce dips. The american style pancakes were to die for, with an incredible combination of savory and sweet flavors, beautifully cooked bacon and eggs and fluffy pancakes. Just perfect. We will visit again with my wife before we leave Nafplio.
