★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Yacht ways for the first time this year. We are a privately own MY located in Greece for the last 2 years. We used to work with Michael Skoulikidis from Atalanta, of which we were very happy but our new captain had decided to try a new agent.
We are very unhappy with Yacht ways services. We had book several services from them (Corinth canal crossing, fixing) and paid all their invoices for a total of 6150 euros except one regarding the tender repair. The repair was very poorly performed in Corfou and we had to have it fix again in Croatia few days later (which was properly done that time). We have then refused to pay for a repair which was not performed, as we would all do in the same circumstances.
Instead of looking to find a solution, the owner of Yacht ways, Elena Giourtzidou, has blackmailed us, dispatched the rumor we weren't paying our bill (what is once again false; we only refuse to pay when the repair is not done).
UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO PAY EVERY BILL THEY PRESENT YOU EVENT IF THE JOB IS NOT DONE STAY AWAY FROM THEM
