Ζήτησα σετ αλυσιδογράναζα για Honda Astrea Supra και όταν ρώτησα αν είναι στα σωστά μέτρα, ο ιδιοκτήτης με διαβεβαίωσε πως είναι. Τελικά, αποδείχτηκε ότι το σετ ήταν για Honda Astrea Grand, και ως εκ τούτου η αλυσίδα ήταν κοντή. Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και ζήτησα πιο μεγάλη αλυσίδα, αλλά μου είπαν ότι θα πρέπει να ξαναλύσω όλο το σύστημα για να βγάλω και τα γρανάζια και να τους δώσω πίσω το πλήρες σετ. Εγώ, παρόλο που ήταν δικό τους λάθος, και παρά τους απαράδεκτους τρόπους της κύριας που μου μίλησε, τους είπα ότι θα το κάνω. Μετά από λίγο όμως, με πήρε τηλέφωνο αυτή η κυρία και άρχισε να μου λέει ότι δεν είχα αναφέρει το όνομα ''Supra'' και ότι το λάθος ήταν δικό μου. Εγώ της τόνισα τα σήμεια όπου είχα αναφέρει ότι το μηχανάκι είναι Supra, της είπα ότι οι τρόποι της είναι απαράδεκτοι, μιας και φώναζε και μου μιλούσε στο ενικό, της είπα να παραδεχτεί το λάθος της και έκλεισα το τηλέφωνο. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!!!!!

I asked for a set of chains for Honda Astrea Supra and when I asked if it was on the right, the owner assured me it was. Ultimately, it turned out that the set was for Honda Astrea Grand, and therefore the chain was short. I called them and asked for a bigger chain, but they told me that I would have to re-analyze the whole system to pull out the gears and give them back the complete set. I, even though it was their fault, and despite the unacceptable ways of the main one that spoke to me, I told them I would do it. But after a while, this lady picked me up and started telling me that I did not mention the name 'Supra' and that the mistake was mine. I pointed out the signs where I said that the motorcycle is Supra, I told her that her ways are unacceptable, since she was shouting and talking to me in the singer, I told her to admit her mistake and I turned off the phone. Unacceptable service and lack of professionalism. AWAY!!!!!!
