★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ή έπιασα αυτόν που με εξυπηρέτησε σε απαράδεκτα κακή μέρα όπου δεν ήθελε με τίποτα να μπει πελάτης να του μιλήσει, ή οι κριτικές είναι από ανθρώπους που σχετίζονται με το κατάστημα ή το προσωπικό του.
Όταν σε ρωτάει ο πελάτης αν αυτά που του έδωσες θέλουν κάποια φλάντζα για στεγανωποιηση και το ξέρεις ότι θέλουν αλλά του λες "όχι" για να τον ξεφορτωθείς και να τον ταλαιπωρήσεις δεν είσαι άξιος καλής σύστασης. Όταν σου λένε καλησπέρα και ζορίζεσαι μέχρι και για να του μουγκρισεις, δεν είσαι κατάλληλος για δουλεια σε πάγκο. Και όταν του λες "δεν έχω βάλει καθόλου σκέψη σε αυτά που μου ζήτησες" και όντως δεν έχεις μπει στον κόπο, του λες έμμεσα "σήκω φύγε και μη ξανάρθεις". Εγώ τουλάχιστον σου πρόσφερα το χαμόγελο μου και την ευγένεια μου ρε!

When the customer asks you if what you gave him wants a flange for sealing and you know they want it but you say "no" to get rid of him and bother him you are not worthy of good advice. When they say good evening to you and you push yourself even to growl, you are not suitable for a job on a bench. And when you tell him "I have not put any thought into what you asked me" and you really have not bothered, you indirectly tell him "get up and leave and do not come back". At least I offered you my smile and my kindness eh!
