★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Modern and clean. Studios are above a cafe but noise not bad. Building is on a road junction with atmosphere of a small square with several restaurants around. Owners of the flats own the whole building so breakfast is in the bar downstairs. Everywhere feels new and is very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For everyone, who is planning on spending time in Ioannina, I can highly recommend Yiannis Apartments as a hotel. We spent the first night of our northern greek trip there. After being very warmly welcomed, we were led to our super clean and fully equipped room. The thing that amazes us most, was that the great help of the employees to coordinate a hiking tour. They took one hour (!) of their time just to help us figure out, what options might be the smartest. Besides the very friendly stuff, it has to be mentioned, that there are many more reasons to stay in Yiannis Apartments. The price, the hygiene.. To sum up: absolutely recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms needs a little restoration, but the place is clean and service is excellent. Young but very kind and professional workers. There's no sign outside, ask the bar at the corner, it's the same owner. To be honest, you must consider the highly convenient price and the good position. Parking was easy and I recommend also the restaurant in front of the bar, on the right corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an extremely last minute stay at Yanks Apartments for the New Year Period. The apartment itself was a shirt distance from the main complex close to the owner's coffee shop/bistro. It was the kind of accomodation that makes you think " I could live here". It did get annoying that our kids didn't really want to leave the apartment as they felt so comfortable, but we got over that.
Ioannina is a beautiful city and I find it unbelievable that it is not more popular with the city break crowd. So much to see and do that frankly 4 days was not even a fraction of what we needed to really enjoy the surrounding area to its fullest. We were able to enjoy real family time in a home. Fully equipped kitchen that I would happily have in my home and washing machine (i am talking about the apartment, not the studios).
On return, we've searched and found the bedding, much to he joy of our kids (who knew a duvet could bring such joy)the owners were very low key, which suited us. Kids are already asking when we'll be returning.
