J	Joy ainnaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτοι σε εξυπηρετιση εκανα παραγγελια και οχι μονο δεν ηρθαν καν στην ωρα που ειπαν αλλα επρεπε εγω να παρω τηλεφωνο ωστε να μαθω οτι δεν ειχαν πολλα απο ταπροιοντα που ηθελα καθως δεν με ειδοποίησαν καν για να με ενημερωσουν και με ειχαν επιβαιβεωσει οτι δεν υπηραχαν ελειψεις μαλλον θα ταεχασε ο δηγος στο δρομο τι να πω ουτε ενα συγνωμη το μονο που ειπαν να μεταθεσουμε την παραγγελια το οτι κλειστηκα ολο το πρωι μεσα και οτιπεριμενα ουτε λογος οπως και να εχει μακριααααααααα ουτε να πεις τα παραπονα δεν εχουν υπεύθυνο αισχοςςςςςς Unacceptable in service I placed orders and not only did they not even arrive on time they said but I had to pick up the phone to find out that they did not have many of the caps I wanted as they did not even notify me to inform me and had confirmed that there were no shortages The driver on the street would say what to say, not an apology, the only thing they said was to postpone the order, that I was closed all morning in and that I waited, no reason, no matter how far away, or to say that the complaints are not responsible for shame.

Τα κατεψυγμένα προϊόντα έρχονται πάντα με ημερομηνία λήξης 1 με 2 ημέρες μετά τη παραγγελία και δεν προλαβαίνεις να κάνεις κατανάλωση, έκανα παράπονα δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ! Επίσης ποτέ δεν έχει όλα τα προϊόντα που παραγγέλνω! Σε μερικές παραγγελίες που περιελάμβαναν χύμα τροφές δεν ήταν πάντα ακριβές και έπρεπε να χρεώνομαι παραπάνω, και αυτό το μάθαινα όταν έκανα παραλαβή στη πόρτα μου, χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. ΔΕΝ το συνιστώ, μείνετε μακρυά! The worst of all the online supermarkets I have bought! Frozen products always come with an expiration date of 1 to 2 days after the order and you do not have time to consume, I complained they never answered me! Also it never has all the products I order! In some orders that included bulk food was not always expensive and I had to be charged more, and I learned this when I received it at my door, without any notice. I do NOT recommend it, stay away!
A	Alexandros Kossieris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο.. με κάθε έννοια. Μετά από πολλες παραγγελίες.. Ξεκίνησε καλά αλλά πλέον είναι απαράδεκτο. Ότι και να παραγγείλεις θα σε πάρουν το πρωί να σου πουν δεν υπάρχει και να τ αλλάξεις με ακριβότερα. Επίσης παρήγγειλα 1+1 δώρο αλλά το 2ο δεν ήρθε ποτέ (γιατί έπρεπε να πατήσω +1 τεμάχιο, αλλιώς θα σου φέρουν ένα χωρίς το δώρο..) Δεν θα άλλαζα τη κριτική γιατί ίσως είναι νωρίς και γίνονται λάθη, αλλά μετά από την απαράδεκτη αντιμετώπιση στο τηλέφωνο λέγοντας "Είμαστε καλυμμένοι νομικά..." . Αυτό ήταν το πρόβλημα τους.. να είναι καλυμμένοι νομικά.. Unacceptable ... in every sense. After many orders .. It started well but is now unacceptable. Whatever you order, they will take you in the morning to tell you it does not exist and change it with more expensive ones. I also ordered 1 + 1 gift but the 2nd one never came (because I had to press +1 piece, otherwise they will bring you one without the gift ..) I would not change the review because maybe it is early and mistakes are made, but after the unacceptable confrontation on the phone saying "We are legally covered ...". This was their problem .. to be legally covered ..
