Additionally, Eleni is combining her teachings with an empathy towards the welfare of the body and the spirit. She is one of the most caring jogans I have ever met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to Tinos each year to this magical island in the Cyclades to escape my busy life in NYC and recharge my energy . I was so happy to be recommended to Eleni and to her yoga studio! Her unique assortment of classes are challenging and cleansing .... whatever you want them to be. Whether in a group or a private class, I leave with a complete mind, body and soul rejuvination!
And of course I could not leave without buying some of her own gorgeous organic essentail oils that she creates herself from biological products found here on Tinos .
My beautiful, serene experiences at Yoga in Tinos will stay alive now long after I return home!

Here on holidays, As a beginner I was looking to improve and got the chance to try Flying yoga as well. I had a great experience and couldn’t recommend more. Her place is lovely, really well equipped and relaxing. Looking forward to come back or see you in Paris Eleni!
