I	Ilia Fragk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο. Ανελλιπης εξέλιξη για την έκδοση νέας κάρτας στα τηλεφωνα είναι ανύπαρκτοι περιμένω ένα μήνα ποτέ θα μου έρθει ενώ έχει ήδη πληρωθεί.. Δεν περίμενα και κάτι καλύτερο από το υπουργείο παιδείας! The worst. Uninterrupted evolution to issue a new card to phones is non-existent I expect a month will never come to me while it has already been paid .. I did not expect anything better than the ministry of education!
T	Theodora D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26 Ιουλίου 2017 έστειλα ηλεκτρονικά τα δικαιολογητικά και έκανα την online αίτηση για να μου εκδόσουν μια Ευρωπαϊκή Κάρτα Νέων και σε 24 ώρες την είχαν ήδη αποστείλλει και την αμέσως επόμενη την παρέλαβα. Απίστευτα πράγματα για δημόσια υπηρεσία!!! Συγχαρητήρια για τον επαγγελματισμό τους. July 26, 2017 I sent the documents online and applied online to issue me a European Youth Card and within 24 hours had already sent it and received it the next. Incredible things for public service !!! Congratulations on their professionalism.

He was already taking thermometers. but unfortunately there are no antiseptics on the 1st floor

Φυσικά και έχω στείλει στους αρμόδιους . Ήμαρτον είστε και δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι! Unacceptable service for a paid European Youth Card, on phones when they answer ironically until the "lady" goes. Of course I have sent it to the authorities. You're a civil servant too!
c	carolos jk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάθε χρόνο και χειρότερα. Τηλέφωνα δεν απαντάνε σχεδόν ποτέ. Στα e-mail απαντάνε μετά από ΠΟΛΛΕΣ ημέρες. Είναι η 3η συνεχόμενη χρονιά που ανανεώνω την κάρτα νέων μου και ενώ την έχω παραλάβει εδώ και 20 ημέρες, ο κωδικός της δε λειτουργεί και δεν τον αναγνωρίζει ούτε το ίδιο το site τους. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και μου είπαν οτι θα λειτοργεί κανονικά στο τέλος του μήνα( 2 εβδομάδες μετά δηλαδή από όταν την παρέλαβα). Έχει ήδη μπει ο νέος μήνας και ακόμα τίποτα. Το ίδιο είχα πάθει και πέρυσι αλλά η κάρτα στην εβδομάδα επάνω λειτουργούσε. Φέτος ήταν και η πρώτη χρονία που κάνανε 10+ ημέρες να μου στείλουν την κάρτα και την στείλανε μετά από δικιά μου επικοινωνία μαζί τους... Every year and worse. Phones are almost never answered. They respond to e-mails after MANY days. It is the 3rd consecutive year that I renew my youth card and while I have received it for 20 days, its code does not work and their site itself does not recognize it. I contacted them and they told me that it will work normally at the end of the month (ie 2 weeks after I received it). The new month has already entered and nothing yet. I had the same last year but the card on the week up was working. This year was also the first year that they took 10+ days to send me the card and they sent it after my own communication with them ...
