We waited for 15 mins just for someone to take our order and when the guy came he was extremely rude saying that they don't have a menu and all together we had to say to 2 different people and c9me amd collect the order... After a while we just chose to leave
There is no way that we will spend 100 euros on a place where people don't even respect you

The waiters was amateurs and not polite, unfriendly.
Crowdy they do not keep the distances between sunbeds.
You must have a reservation for sunbed???? To find one.
Service at sunbeds is OK, 2 sunbeds 2 coffee's 15 euro.
In middle and front to the ⛱ you can't ?♀️ because of the ski boat.!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent beach bar with great variety of coffee and drinks. Prices a bit expensive but normal for such a place. Music is at acceptable volume too! Highly recommended if you are at Vouliagmeni Lake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we had to include the sea quality, the rating would be higher. But since this a review for just the Ypanema business, then 2 stars would be representative. Mediocre coffee, boxed juice and quite bad service quality/attention/time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing crystal clear water, suitable for families with toddlers as it is shallow on entering the sea. The coffee - bar plays modern music and offers various refreshments and dishes at reasonable prices. The use of umbrellas and sunbeds is free if you order something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location. Umbrellas and chairs are a bit expensive but the location will definitely compensate your long journey. Peaceful place with always calm waters. Quality of food not excellent so bring your own snacks. Coffee is ok.
