★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in, after we checked in the lady said we could write when we had a problem. There were still hairs of the previous guests on the toilet and in the bed and it smelled like cigarettes. I texted that we wanted a reduction. She said I had to cancel for a reduction. I cancelled. Then she said we had to wait in the room to talk about the reduction. They came with 3 people and said we had to leave in 5 minutes or they would call the police. They screamed to us and said we were liars and thieves. They were really aggressive. I have never experienced something like that....
