The guy that works in the basement was very rude and didn't allow me to listen more than 3 records although the shop was empty and nobody was using the turntable. When I asked why, he replied: "That is the rule of the shop and I'm not the owner to change it". Would NOT recommend!
F	Frederick Galbrun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame of a record store. They have a lot of selection on vinyl and definitely an interesting one. Bought a few records but was really annoyed by the fact that they have priced most of them directly on the sleeve , with a price tag that rips the cover when you take it off. Because of this, the records should be at least half the price indicated. They literally ruined the sleeves, making a NM sleeve grade go to a VG. It's really shameful to treat records like this. They should change the way they price their vinyls. I hope they read this actually because the selection is still impressive.

P	Pseudolus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I managed to hit up Zacharias Records twice during my week-long visit in Athens, and both trips were lovely. They have an incredible selection (some of which can be previewed on their Discogs store), and the records, CDs, tapes, and DVDs are well organized. Their collection spans all genres, both from the international scene and the Greek scene (jazz, pop, rock, psych, soundtracks, classical). I even managed to snag a bunch of new-old-stock cassette tapes! I'd like to give special mention to the customer service - the workers there really know how to talk to their customers. Knowing that I was a tourist, they assured me that they could speak in English if needed. However, when it became clear that I was trying my best to speak Greek, they allowed me to do so. I found that extremely respectful, and thanks to them, I was able to have my first full conversation in the language (ever!). Then, as I was checking out, the workers there informed me that they had more music by the artists I had selected and brought it to me directly. Overall, it was great to talk with them. Finding Greek-language music outside of Greece can be difficult, and I'm so happy to be flying home with some real gems. Εύχαριστω πολύ!
