Κ	Κωνσταντίνα Κάργατζη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθολου ευχαριστημένη με την εξυπηρέτηση. Είχα παραγγείλει μια πετσέτα από το ίντερνετ για να την κάνω δώρο. Δυστυχώς όμως δεν μου ήρθε η πετσέτα στο χρώμα που παράγγειλα εξαρχής. Όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω αν όντως υπάρχει το χρώμα που παράγγειλα για να μπω στην διαδικασία να την επιστρέψω και να μου στείλουν ξανά την σωστή πετσέτα πίσω, η κοπέλα μου είπε ότι πρέπει να στείλω email για να μου απαντήσουν. Έστειλα λοιπόν email και μου απάντησαν τυπικά ότι πρέπει να γυρίσει πίσω η πετσέτα. Ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο και εξήγησα αυτή την φορά σε έναν άντρα τι είχε συμβεί και δεν δέχτηκε να με εξυπηρετήσει. Μου είπε ότι πρέπει να πάρει την πετσέτα στα χέρια του για να δει Τι μπορεί να κάνει. Προσπάθησα αρκετές φορές να του πω ότι η παραγγελία είναι από Κρήτη και θα πάρει αρκετό καιρό μέχρι να στείλω εγώ το δέμα, να δούνε αν υπάρχει το σωστό, να ξαναστειλουν πισω κτλπ. Πάλι όμως μου απάντησε τυπικά και δεν με βοήθησε. Not at all happy with the service. I had ordered a towel from the internet to give it as a gift. Unfortunately, the towel in the color I ordered from the beginning did not come to me. When I got a call to ask if there really is the color I ordered to get into the process of returning it and having the right towel sent back to me, my girlfriend told me I should email them to get an answer. So I sent an email and they formally replied that the towel should be returned. I called again and this time I explained to a man what had happened and he refused to serve me. He told me he had to take the towel in his hands to see what he could do. I tried several times to tell him that the order is from Crete and it will take some time until I send the parcel, to see if there is the right one, to send it back, etc. But again he answered me formally and did not help me.
L	Lef Skaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εχω κάνει δυο παραγγελίες και στις δυο χρειάστηκαν δυο βδομάδες για να μαζέψουν τα προιόντα ( τρεις φόρμες η πρώτη παραγγελία και τρια καπέλα η δέυτερη). Η γενική ταχυδρομική τα παρέδωσε σε έυλογο χρονικό διάστημα τουλάχιστον. I have placed two orders and in both it took two weeks to collect the products (three overalls the first order and three hats the second). The general post office delivered them within a reasonable time at least.
J	Johnny Doudou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να μη βάλω κανένα αστεράκι θα το έκανα. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Παρέλαβα 29/01 του μηνός λάθος παραγγελία που προοριζόταν για άλλον πελάτη και μέχρι σήμερα 07/02 δεν έχουν περάσει καν να παραλάβουν την επιστροφή. ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ ΖΑΚΡΕΤ. ΜΕΙΝΕΤΕ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ. Update: 14/2 κι ακομα με κοροιδευουν. Πηγα ΜΟΝΟΣ ΜΟΥ στο τοπικο καταστημα να παραδωσω την επιστροφή (δεν εστειλαν ποτε κουριερ) κι ενω από τις 09/02 μου λενε οτι εχουν αποστειλει τα πράγματα μου σε σημερινή επικοινωνία που ζητησα τον νεο αριθμο αποστολης αποκαλυφθηκε οτι τα εστειλαν σημερα. Καλυτερα ριξτε τα χρηματα σας στην τουαλετα παρα σ αυτους. If I could not put any asterisk I would do it. UNACCEPTABLE at all levels. I received on 29/01 of the month a wrong order that was intended for another customer and until today 07/02 they have not even passed to receive the return. NEVER AGAIN JACQUER. STAY AWAY. Update: 14/2 and they even make fun of me. I went ALONE to the local store to deliver the return (they never sent a courier) and while from 09/02 they told me that they have sent my things in today's communication that I asked for the new shipping number, it was revealed that they sent them today. Better to throw your money in the toilet next to them.
