B	Bence Úr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. The location is great, the inner city is only 5 bus stops from the hotel. The neighborhood of the hotel is great. Be careful because Athens has bad parts you want to avoid. This hotel is located in a great location, in a safe area of Athens. We stayed in Zappion Hotel in January, when heating was necessary. Be careful, because some other accommodation in Athens use the air conditioner device for both the heating and cooling. This means that some other accommodations don't have radiators at all, but they use the air conditioner device for heating. This could be a problem if you don't like the ventilation of the air in your room, or especially if the air conditioner is not clean. Zappion Hotel is equipped with radiators, so they use the radiators in the room for heating. They also have a separate radiator inside the bathroom. The heating was good, the room was warm enough in January. Breakfast was good for the money. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel.
A	Afzal Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and comfortable place for a short stay. I stayed here for a week. The staff is nice and has 24 check in. The bathroom is small but it's alright for the price. My room had a balcony but not all the rooms have it. Allover, it's a nice place to stay with enough space for your stuff if you are not carrying a lot of things.

Hotel is near the center with peaceful neighborhood and reception is 24h. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice price. We are really thankful and we recommend this hotel for everyone. View from a wall so u can barely see daylight and feel like in a hole. When an accident happened during the night, they refused to change the bed sheets. WAY too price for what it is and last but not least, rude staff could possibly argue and scram with you if u’re a man using the women’s toilette when nature’s calling and men’s toilette is being occupied.
a	adam maxi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice affordable hotel in the middle of Athens. Hotel Zappion was a great hotel to spend a couple nights in. The location was amazing and so was the staff. They offered a good airport shuttle, helped us figure out the best way to get to the port and were always very friendly when you returned from your trip or at breakfast. Breakfast was also really nice consisting of toast, coffee, orange juice, a piece of cake and an egg . WIFI was good and the rooms where clean and quiet but a little bit small if you are staying with family. The price is very reasonable.

My only complain was that my roomed especially the closest didn't smell that good. To the point that my clothes for the bad scent. I don't want to ruin a star but keep it mind! The staff are very friendly and professional, they try to do their best to help. The hotel isn't bad for either short or long-term stays. You will not have a problem. It has breakfast included but I didn't try, it's simple stuff, nothing special. Overall experience, it's a good place near the centre of the city. You'll not have any problems.

After a few hours helping someone else , I called many hotels to see if there were rooms available, and none were until I called Zappion Hotel. I arrived at 5am and received a very warm welcome. Everything about my stay here was fantastic - the staff was extremely helpful in every way, and always had wonderful recommendations for me. The location is great, easy walking distance from anything you want to see in Athens.
