★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will say, the collection are always according to the latest trend and up to date. Moreover, the staffs are very friendly. If any problems happen, I found them eager to help. Sometimes, they get so crowded that, some designs run out of sizes. But, I personally, like to do my shopping from Zara, coz of their overall performance. That's why, I will recommend the same too. Have a great shopping...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are good for most of the items. However sizes required are gone off the shelves. Perfume prices are also good though it does stay for long compared to expensive brands. Very obvious. Good store design and security. Access to floors is also good. 2 elevators alongside the stairs. Cash counter on top floor was closed around 6.30 pm. There should be small baskets to carry items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems to be the biggest store in Athens. There are so many kinds of clothes and lots of sales. It is an attractive place that you can not just go through. People are always there. Tourists and locals are mixed. You can have good clothes if you fit well at the sale. It is good to buy kids clothes, but there are not many young people clothes, so it is a little unfortunate to have to buy mature clothes. Quality is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZARA ACCEPTS NO RESPONSABILITY WHEN DELIVERY FAILS. Check their social media and they are full of recent complains, customer service is terrible. It is better just to place a legal complain with the Consumer Advocate Office (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή). I bought from them for the first time, because I thought ordering online would be safer and I couldn't be more wrong. TERRIBLE customer service, I have been complaining since the 28th of December that I didn't get my order and they just have telling me over and over again they can do nothing because the courrier confirmed the package was delivered. Which was not. They wont even take my complain for refund. Save energy, don't buy from them. (EDIT: It is June 2021 and Zara hasn't give me the clothes or money. Really, don't buy from them unless you are willing to risk being robbed).
