★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with store manager today. She knows not how to behave and there is zero customer service. Wether or not she is able to help, it is terribly rude to talk over a customer and have an attitude. Completely unprofessional behavior, Zara needs to train their personel better.
