m	maria pleianthidoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς καθόλου επαγγελματίες Εκανα μια παραγγελία μεσω internet στίς 12 Νοεμβρίου με τραπεζική κατάθεση με πήρανε η αλήθεια αμέσωσ να με ενημερώσουνε οτι δεν υπάρχουν αυτά που ειχα παραγγείλει και πληρώσει .Αλλάξαμε την παραγγελία και περίμενα να μου έρθουν Χτές 20 Νοεμβρίου και μετά ενα email και δύο τηλέφωνα απο μένα έμαθα οτι έφυγαν το πρωί !!! Unfortunately not at all professionals I made an order via internet on November 12 with a bank deposit, the truth took me immediately to inform me that there is not what I had ordered and paid. I learned from them that they left in the morning !!!

Ε	ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΙΑ ΚΑΛΑΙΤΖΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απόγοητευτικοι.Δεν ενημερώνουν καθόλου για τη διαθέσιμοτητα των προϊόντων τους,πρέπει να τους πάρεις 1000 τηλέφωνα για να μάθεις τι έγινε με την παραγγελία σου και πάλι δεν στέλνουν την ημερομηνία που λένε . Παραγγελια απο τις 04/10/19 υποτιθεται θα παραλαμβανα εχθες κι ακομα περιμενω.Πελατεία με παρακάλια δεν γίνεται..... Disappointed. They don't even tell about the availability of their products, you have to get them 1000 phones to find out what happened to your order and again they don't send the date they say. Ordered from 04/10/19 Suppose I would receive yesterday and still waiting.Customer with no coasters .....

e	elli vogiatzoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απογοητευτικη εξυπηρέτηση!!!!! Κάνω παραγγελία ένα υπόστρωμα της nef nef στις 11 Μαρτίου μέσω σκρουτζ με διαθεσιμότητα 1-3 μέρες. Περνάνε δύο εβδομάδες χωρίς να έχω καμία ενημέρωση οπότε αναγκάζομαι να πάρω τηλ κ μου λένε ότι έχουνε στείλει μειλ ότι δεν είναι διαθέσιμο. Σε εμένα δεν έχει σταλεί κανένα μειλ φυσικά... μου λένε ότι θα παραλάβουν την επόμενη βδομάδα. Παρόλα αυτά ζητάω να μου σταλεί κ εμένα το πολυπόθητο μειλ για να έχω επίσημη ενημέρωση κ φυσικά δεν μου το έστειλαν ποτέ όπως αναμενόταν. Κ φτάνουμε σήμερα Τετάρτη 21/4/21 που ξαναπαίρνω κ φυσικά συνεχίζει να μην είναι διαθέσιμο οπότε ακυρώνω την παραγγελία. Δλδ αν είχα πληρώσει με κάρτα θα κρατούσαν τα λεφτά 1.5 μήνα κ ακόμα θα περίμενα....απλά ντροπή! Ευτυχώς δεν το έχετε μονοπωλειο.... Disappointing service !!!!! I order a nef nef substrate on March 11 via Scrooge with availability 1-3 days. They spend two weeks without any information so I have to call and they tell me that they have sent me an email that it is not available. No e-mail has been sent to me of course ... they tell me they will receive it next week. Nevertheless, I ask that the coveted e-mail be sent to me for official information and of course they never sent it to me as expected. We arrive today Wednesday 21/4/21 which I take again and of course it is still not available so I cancel the order. Dld if I had paid by card they would have kept the money for 1.5 months and I would still have waited .... just a shame! Fortunately you do not have a monopoly ....
