First of all, this is a very modest facility, with a very modest pool that works until 6 pm (totally useless), without staff, more precisely a caretaker, who cannot help you if you need anything. The beach is small and bzvz, so we visit the surrounding area. The rooms are cleaned once in 7 days, as well as the replacement of towels, which are certainly not enough. The lighting in the room is like a candle. We didn't have electricity for all that yesterday. We don't have a stove, but a stove with two hobs that don't work. The TV hasn't worked for 8 days and they lie to us every day that they will fix it (now that the World Cup is going on ?) and so on and so forth ... The highlight of everything, the owner of the facility appeared yesterday and started arguing with us, how it is not his problem that we do not have the most basic, how it is not his problem that the TV does not work as well as the solution ... problems in the past. Obviously, he is not interested in what we were convinced of yesterday, when he came and ran away in 5 minutes, regardless of the fact that I told him that he would get a negative comment ... All he said was, call a representative of the agency, which does not respond. on calls. As you concluded we are still in the facility, but we had to share this before the end of the holiday. We just found out that some guests had the same experiences two years ago when the facility started working and imagine they are coming AGAIN !!! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND !!! We are accustomed to a different kind of summer vacation, but this is unacceptable. We sincerely suggest that you inquire on several pages, but this is our experience that still lasts, unfortunately.

Villa is located 300m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. It's hard to get to the villa (narrow and bad road) The staff is unlucky. Villa, although it is new, is in very bad condition (do not work blinds, overhang over the terrace broken, kitchen without half of the handles on the cabinets, the cable has a cable from several extensions ...). The environment has grown into a rash. In the villa when there is no water, they accept it as a completely normal thing. One word is extremely bad and for avoidance.

Very spacious apartment, everything is new and very clean. Pool clean with enough sun beds and canopies. The owner is there for every problem. For people who are comfortable with peace and quiet, this is the perfect place to rest.
