 A GREAT SPACE AND TEACHERS, NEEDED FOR both beginners and racing athletes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλό γυμναστήριο! Πλήρες και με καταρτισμένο προσωπικό. Εγώ ασχολούμαι σε μικρό βαθμό με το bjj και ειλικρινά αξίζει πολύ το class τους. Ο χώρος πολύ καλός και σύγχρονος αλλά και οι γυμναστές τους ασχολούνται μαζί σου και το έχουν δουλέψει το αντικείμενο!
Very good gym! Complete and with qualified staff. I'm a bit of a bjj and honestly their class is well worth it. Very good and modern space and their trainers are working with you and have worked on the object!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχος χώρος! Έλειπε από τη γειτονιά Ψυχικο / νέα Φιλοθεη / Φιλοθεη! Οι γυμναστές ενδιαφέρονται πραγματικά και πάντα θα απαντήσουν σε απορίες και μετά το μάθημα είναι εκεί. Τμήματα μέχρι 8 άτομα σε πιλάτες! Η Κωνσταντίνα κάνει εξαιρετική προπόνηση για όσους θέλουν άμεση αλλαγή ( φυσικά με σκληρή δουλειά). Τα αποδυτήρια είναι λες και βγήκαν από περιοδικο! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !
Great place! Missing from the neighborhood Psychiko / new Filothei / Filothei! The trainers are really interested and will always answer questions and after the lesson they are there. Classes for up to 8 people in Pilates! Konstantina does an excellent training for those who want an immediate change (of course with hard work). The locker rooms are as if they came out of a magazine! I highly recommend !

For sure I highly recommend.
