★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σας συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα όταν βρεθειτε στην Παραδοσιακή Βαργιανη και θέλετε να να συνδυάσετε παραδοσιακές γεύσεις σε ένα παραδοσιακό περιβάλλον με φιλόξενους ανθρώπους!
Χώρος ζεστός, καθαρός, φαγητά και ψητά νοστιμότατα και φυσικά μην παραλειψετε να δοκιμάσετε την ομώνυμη σαλατα Ζέρβας που μοιάζει σαν ένας πολυχρωμος πίνακας ζωγραφικής και εννοειται θα τη γευτείτε παρέα με το χοιρινο κοτσι που έχει ψηθεί τόσο αργά ωστε να διαλυεται στη γλώσσα σας και όχι στο πιρούνι...στην υγειά σας θα πειτε και θα πιειτε το σπιτικό λευκό κρασί με γνησια γεύση που απλά τη δροσίζουν δύο παγακια!

 I highly recommend when you are in Traditional Vargiani and you want to combine traditional flavors in a traditional setting with welcoming people!
Designated warm, clean dishes and grilled delicious and of course do not forget to try the eponymous salad Zervas that looks like a colorful painting painting and concepts will taste it along with the knuckle of pork which is cooked so slowly that they dissolve on your tongue and not in fork ... you will say and drink home-made white wine with a genuine taste that is simply cooled by two ice cubes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οικογενειακή ταβέρνα για μερακλήδες με ποιοτικό κρέας που ψήνεται μπροστά σου σε ένα τεράστιο τζάκι. Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση και πάρα πολύ καλές τιμές.
A family-run taverna with quality meat roasted in front of you in a huge fireplace. Very friendly service and very good prices.

Very good, rustic tavern with delicious non-vegetarian dishes. Everything fresh and from our own farm. Open every day in the evening and on Sunday at noon.
