Η μεταφορική με εξυπηρετείσαι άψογα. Το προσωπικό του καταστήματος εξαιρετικό!!! I received my sofa in Santorini and all I have to say is a big WELL DONE! It arrived on time, in neat packaging. The transport service is impeccable to me. The staff of the store is excellent !!!

Επεστραφη με χρεωση του καταστηματος και ενημερωση για αμεση αντικατασταση. Η εξυπηρετηση σε ολη τη διαρκεια της παραγγελιας ηταν αψογη καιο αμεση. Προτεινεται ανεπιφύλακτα. The product, although in excellent packaging and brand new, did not work. Communication and response was immediate from the store. Returned with charge of the store and notification for immediate replacement. The service throughout the order was impeccable and immediate. Highly recommended.

Πληρωσα αμεσως το απαιτουμενο ποσο και περιμενα τηλεφωνο τους ωστε να συνεννοηθουμε για την παραδοση. Λιγες ωρες αργοτερα μου τηλεφωνησαν και ζητουσαν 60 ευρω επιπλεον προβαλλοντας τη δικαιολογια οτι κατι εγινε με τον κατασκευαστη και η τιμη που ειχαν στο ιντερνετ ειναι λαθος κλπ κλπ. Μονο θετικο οτι επεστρεψαν τα χρηματα αμεσως. Απολυτως αναξιοπιστοι I ordered 2 bedside tables after I called them and asked for availability. I immediately paid the required amount and waited for their phone number so that we could agree on the delivery. A few hours later they called me and asked for 60 euros extra, giving the excuse that something happened to the manufacturer and the price they had on the internet is wrong, etc. etc. The only positive thing is that they returned the money immediately. Absolutely unreliable

Έχω κάνει την παραγγελία εδώ και δέκα μέρες που υποτίθεται ήταν το μέγιστο χρονικό διάστημα παράδοσης.μετα απ' δεύτερη επικοινωνία (δική μου) μου είπαν πως θα ξεκινήσει απ' αυτούς σε 4 μέρες. Τα λεφτά τα έχουν ήδη πάρει, γιατί δεν υπήρχε καν η δυνατότητα αντικαταβολής. Επιπλέον η τιμή για τα μεταφορικά ,δεν ήταν αυτή που λέγανε στο skroutz. Μακριά απ' αυτό το κατάστημα. A star, because there is no zero rating. I have placed the order for ten days which was supposed to be the maximum delivery time. After a second contact (mine) I was told that it will start from them in 4 days. They have already taken the money, because there was not even the possibility of cash on delivery. When I placed an order, it was crucial to be delivered on time, and it’s been weeks after they were meant to deliver… and nothing! Customer service is responding with a huge delay or don’t respond at all. If you want to save your nerves and get your products, better go for another company!

K	Kimberly Soetaert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the first day i slept in this bed I new the mattress is just too heavy for this bed. I texted Zhta, they offered me a new bed BUT I need to send this one back at own costs or pay a technician to come fix it. Just ridiculous!
