perhaps the worst treatment I have ever had as a customer, the most rude gentleman working in an unacceptable store is a real shame for PHILIPS who chose him as an authorized dealer. AWAY!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΣ, πήγα το σίδερο μου για επισκευή επειδή έσπασε πάνω στην χρήση και ο κύριος χωρίς να το κοιτάξει καθόλου αποφάνθηκε ότι ειναι εκτός εγγύησης και ότι πρέπει να το καλύψω με δικά μου έξοδα. Δεν έχω συναντήσει πιο αγενή και αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά .
EXCLUSIVELY, I went to my iron for repair because it broke on use and the gentleman without looking at it at all decided that it is out of warranty and that I have to cover it at my own expense. I have not encountered more rude and unprofessional behavior.
