★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πελάτισσα από το 2017, είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από τα προϊόντα ως αναφορά την ποιότητα και τις τιμές τους. Παραγγέλνω τα προϊόντα μου διαδυκτιακα και ουδέποτε έχω αντιμετωπίσει πρόβλημα, όποτε έχω καλέσει για τυχόν διευκρινίσεις το προσωπικό μου απαντά πάντα με ευγένεια.
I have been a customer since 2017, I am very happy with the products as a reference for their quality and prices. I order my products online and I have never encountered a problem, whenever I have called for any clarifications my staff always responds politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ποιότητα του προιόντος ΄Βρακάκι Ακράτειας Νύκτας/Δυνατό ΖΝΖ 14ΤΕΜ΄ είναι άθλια!!! Η φωτογραφία που έχει στο site είναι ενδεικτική (όπως μου απαντήσανε με αγένεια από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο) και δεν έχει καμία σχέση με το προιόν!!!
The quality of the product ΄Night Incontinence Panties / Strong ZNZ 14PCS΄ is miserable !!! The photo he has on the site is indicative (as they answered me rudely from the call center) and has nothing to do with the product !!!

Η κυρία στο τηλέφωνο ηταν τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτη καθώς απο το πρωτο λεπτο ηταν αρνητική ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση μας και γεμάτη με νευρα, που οπως βλέπω απο τις αλλες κριτικές δεν «ετυχε». Πέρα απο οτι έβρισε εμενα και την οικογενεια μου, απείλησε και την οικία μου. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ ! ! Δεν καταλαβαινω Γιατι «επιχειρήσεις» σαν και αυτές παραμένουν και δουλεύουν. Ελπιζω μια μερα να καταλάβουν το λαθος τους και να μας μοιάσουν λιγακι καθώς η «κυρία» που μίλησε στο τηλέφωνο δεν κρίνω οτι εχει σωστη διαγωγή ουτε γνωρίζει πως να μιλησει ευγενικά σε κανενα ανθρωπο ( σερβις, ντελίβερι, υπάλληλοι κλπ). Απλα φανταστείτε αυτα τα σενάρια. Θα μπορουσα να γραφω ολη μερα και να χαρακτηρίσω τους συγκεκριμένους ανθρώπους που παίρνουν με απόκρυψη τα μεσάνυχτα για να με απειλήσουν, αλλα το επιπεδο μου δεν μου το επιτρέπει. Θελω να πιστευω οτι με αυτη την κριτική συνείσφερα εστω και λιγο και σας προτείνω δίχως δεύτερη σκέψη να κανετε το ιδιο αν βρεθείτε σε παρομοια θεση( ελπιζω να μην βρεθείτε). Καλη συνεχεια σε σας και οχι στην ΖΝΖ Medical. ( και ξέρετε εσεις περιμενω τηλέφωνο )
! ! STAY AWAY! ! The lady on the phone was at least unacceptable as from the first minute she was negative about our service and full of nerves, which as I see from the other reviews did not "happen". In addition to insulting me and my family, he also threatened my home. UNACCEPTABLE! ! I do not understand Why "companies" like these remain and work. I hope one day they understand their mistake and look a little like us as the "lady" who spoke on the phone I do not judge that she has the right behavior nor does she know how to speak politely to any person (service, delivery, employees, etc.). Just imagine these scenarios. I could write all day and describe the specific people who secretly take midnight to threaten me, but my level does not allow it. I want to believe that with this critique I contributed even a little and I suggest you do the same without a second thought if you are in a similar position (I hope you are not). Good luck to you and not to ZNZ Medical. (and you know I'm waiting for the phone)
