Με εξυπηρέτησε ο κ.Μάνος απίστευτα ευγενικός με γνώση προς το αντικείμενο πρόθυμος για να σου λύση κάθε απορία ..
Μέσα σε 2 ώρες είχα το κρεβάτι στο σπίτι αυτό τα λέει όλα !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αναζητούσα ηλεκτρικό νοσοκομειακό κρεβάτι, οπότε η διερεύνηση έγινε μέσω διαδικτύου και τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Στην Allcare διαπίστωσα ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση, επαγγελματισμό, τεχνική κατάρτιση, μεγάλη ποικιλία και καλές τιμές. Αν και Σάββατο μεσημέρι, οι απορίες μου σε κατασκευαστικές λεπτομέρειες λύθηκαν από τον τεχνικό υπεύθυνο άμεσα. Πολύ θετική εντύπωση μου έκανε ότι το κινητό του τεχνικού ήταν ήδη στην διάθεσή μου. Η απόφαση από μέρους μου άμεση και η παραγγελία έγινε το ίδιο Σάββατο μαζί με παρελκόμενα του κρεβατιού. Η παραλαβή από το κατάστημα έγινε ύστερα από 3 ημέρες, όπως είχαν υποσχεθεί. Εκεί με περίμενε έκπληξη, όταν μου παρέδωσαν στρώμα καλύτερης ποιότητας και μεγαλύτερης αξίας, χωρίς πρόσθετη χρέωση. Το κρεβάτι είναι ήδη στην θέση του και λειτουργεί άψογα. Ευχαριστώ ιδιαίτερα τον κ.Μάνο Αποστολόπουλο γιά την ευγένεια και την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση.
I was looking for an electric hospital bed, so the search was done online and by phone. At Allcare I found courteous service, professionalism, technical training, great variety and good prices. Although Saturday noon, my questions in construction details were answered by the technical manager immediately. It made a very positive impression on me that the technician's mobile phone was already at my disposal. The decision on my part was immediate and the order was made the same Saturday along with the bed accessories. The collection from the store took place after 3 days, as promised. I was surprised when they delivered me a mattress of better quality and higher value, at no extra charge. The bed is already in place and working perfectly. Special thanks to Mr. Manos Apostolopoulos for the courtesy and prompt service.
