★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μισο παρκινγκ ειναι με χωμα. Οταν μπηκα για να παραλαβω το τρειλορ μου, με 5χλμ την ωρα, αναπόφευκτα σηκωθηκε μια σχετικη σκονη. Η υπευθυνη με αγενεστατο τροπο μου εκανε συσταση να μη τρεχω. Εγω θα σας συμβουλευα να στρωσετε παντου τσιμεντο και να εχετε καλύτερους τρόπους προς τους ανθρώπους που σας εμπιστευονται τις περιουσιες τους.
Επίσης μου δημιούργησε ενα τεραστιο αίσθημα ανασφάλειας το γεγονός οτι με έβλεπε για πρωτη φορα και δε με ρωτησε καν το ονοματεπώνυμο μου. Πηρα το τρειλορ και εφυγα χωρις κανέναν ελεγχο απο μεριάς του καταστήματος

Ο τρόπος που απαντήσατε στην αξιολόγησή μου, επιβεβαιώνει το γεγονός ότι δεν γνωρίζετε πως πρέπει να συμπεριφέρεστε στους πελάτες σας. Αν είσασταν όπως λέτε παρόν, θα γνωρίζατε ότι δεν ήταν μόνο 5 μέτρα που πάτησα με χώμα.. μιας που παραπάνω από το μισό πάρκινγκ σας δεν έχει άσφαλτο. Αντί λοιπόν να με βγάζετε ψεύτη κοιτάξτε να βελτιώσετε τις υπηρεσίες σας, ευτυχώς δεν είστε το μοναδικό πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή.
Half of the parking lot is dirt. When I came in to pick up my trailer, at 5km per hour, a relative dust inevitably arose. The person in charge rudely advised me not to run. I would advise you to lay cement everywhere and have better manners for the people who trust you with their property.
The fact that he saw me for the first time and did not even ask my name also created a huge feeling of insecurity for me. I took the trailer and left without any control from the store

The way you responded to my review confirms the fact that you do not know how to treat your customers. If you were as you say present, you would know that it was not only 5 meters that I stepped on dirt ... since more than half of your parking lot has no asphalt. So instead of calling me a liar, look to improve your services, fortunately you are not the only parking lot in the area.
