A great property with very, very kind and professional hosts. WiFi is free and unlike usual free zones, it's strong and fast. The rooms are really clean, and well equipped but leave something to be desired. The location also features a big, lovely garden and a super cool pine patch at the background. Walking distance to the beach is less than 2 minutes, and 17 minutes to the center of Poros. We'll definitely be going back!

Arrogant host, rooms not properly cleaned. I don't recommend this accommodation to families with younger children. The water from the shower was flooding the room each time we were using it.

The hotel is perfectly located, just in 3 minutes from the nearest beach, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. It’s 7 mins from the supermarket and bakery. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel, that serve inexpensive and big portions of tasty Greek food. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the picturesque city center. You can also rent a bike, scooter or quad to get (just in 5 minutes) to the other beaches of the island. The host and the personnel of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned every day. In the hotel there is a beautiful garden with flowers, pines, benches and a nice little fountain. The place is really silent and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, who wants to spend a vacation in Poros. На набережной большое количество уютных и недорогих кафе и ресторанов с огромными порциями вкусной греческой еды. За 20 минут можно добраться до живописного городка - Пороса, столицы острова. Неподалёку от отеля можно недорого арендовать велосипед, скутер или квадроцикл и за 5 минут добраться до большинства удалённых пляжей острова. Хозяин отеля и персонал очень вежливы и всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Уборка в номере производится каждый день. Во дворе гостиницы - уютный садик, с маленьким фонтанчиком, лавочками, качелями, цветут ароматные цветы. Сад окружают сосны. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто собирается отдыхать на острове Порос.

It was a really lovely stay in Zontanos Studios! Nikos is a great host, thank for the time here. I'll come back again. The apartments are placed in a very quiet, full of trees sidestreet with no traffic, yet you'll be at the seaside in less than a minute. The room itself was very clean and had AC which was a bless in mid-August.

Nice price/place/cats and friendly ouner. If they are not very busy/full they allow you to stay after 12:00

We had a wonderful stay at Zontanos Studios! Nikos was the perfect host. We had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and 3 minutes walk from a lovely beach. It was quiet at night and the garden was so lovely to sit in. The price is really reasonable for what you get. We wanted to ask Nikos to adopt us so we could stay!

I had a wonderful stay with my husband and our two kids. We did not have a car but there was a good parking lot if you did. The location was about 10 minutes walking to the city center. We also walked to the monastery. The beach right at the bottom of the hotel is perfect for relaxing too and actually our favorite beach on the island. The hotel grounds were beautiful with a nice garden, and lots of cats and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady came to clean daily and was also very kind. The room was spacious with a kitchen and fridge to cook. The hot water was very hot. There was the basic tv and we were able to find a channel or two in English. The balcony was our favorite park as we could sit and have breakfast or dinner and enjoy the view, sun and breeze. It was April so it was a little chilly at night and in the morning but there were plenty of blankets to keep warm. There was also an AC in the room that we didn't use. And the wifi was perfect and fast!
