Zorbas Traditional Tavern - Epar.Od. Rizomilou-Koronis

4 stars because all choices in the catalogue weren't available and because not all plates were served in the same time. This resulted some of us eating and some of us were waiting for ordered plates. Overall ordervs and plates were good and with good prices. Service also was good - nothing special.

Great and fresh food!!! Not frozen and reheated... as many do...

Zorba – now, the food was really good, but the service was so s*** that we didn’t eat here again. I cannot remember if this restaurant offered us any water, but you end up paying for it anyway, it’s always on the bill. I had the lamb chops which were packed with amazing flavor and my other half had the meatballs with tomato sauce. Both of these dishes were really, really good, I especially liked my lamb chops, which didn’t even taste like lamb, they tasted amazing. As I mentioned, the serious downside was the service which was done by the owner. He’s old and you can find a picture of him if you Google Zorba Agios Andreas and you’ll find a picture of his restaurant and you’ll see he has a website too. The owner was grumpy from beginning to finish, the other server that came and brought us a bottle of water and glasses, basically slammed the glasses on the table. Really rude service, no one smiled, despite their website saying service with a smile, it was really bad. We felt most unwelcome. When we finished eating and were waiting for a good 15-20 minutes, I raised my hand to get the waiter to come over, instead I only found the owner and he came over, quite furiously and asked what is it. I asked for the bill and he left. He came back a few moments later, and didn’t move until I took out money from my wallet. This is rude and uncalled for. You simply don’t stand next to someone, to take their money, while you’re breathing down their neck. He was just standing there and staring at me. I offered him the money and even gave him a tip, even though he did not deserve it and I tried to get the receipt, so I can have it for my records, and when I reached for it he pulled his hand back and turned around and left in a storm only to come back 3 minutes later with a printed receipt and was very upset about it. I don’t know what his problem is, maybe we didn’t order enough to keep his business afloat, maybe it was because we aren’t Greek or because he wanted to sleep and hoped no customers would have eaten that afternoon at his restaurant. I really don’t know, but despite how good the food was, I would never, ever eat there again because of how we were treated.

Amazing restaurant! First of all, the portions and salads were both large and delicious. Secondly, the staff's behavior and professionalism were ?, and last but not least, the atmosphere and view were amazing! One tip however: if you want to order gyro, you must say what you want inside it because when orderer gyro with chicken, they put onions and tzatziki aswell.

Very good and fast service! The food is well served and the portions are big! Fresh and tasty meat, vegetables and fish! We ll go again for food! It has a beautiful view to the small marina of Ag. Andreas

here, friendly host mitsus and his wife offer a quiet good cuisine in a cosy atmosphere. this tavern is recommendable ???

Loved it! The view of the marina is straight out of a travel magazine, the traditional food is delicious, and the service is friendly. I couldn't ask for more!

Wonderful food (grandma, homey food), fantastic service. Covid safe, every employee is with a face mask. Must try!!!
