T	Tatiana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ,πολύ πολύ κακό τουριστικό γραφείο σαν σύνολο!!Αγενεστατο προσωπικό!!!! Αν θα υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα, απλά θα σου κλείσουν τηλέφωνο κατά μούτρα!!!! Άν σού πούλησαν πακέτο, μη τολμήσετε να ρωτήστε κάτι σχετικά το ταξίδι, απλά δεν θα μιλήσει κανένας, εκτός από μία εργαζόμενη ύψωνε τον τόνο της φωνής της και μιλούσε επιθετικά προς τους πελάτες !!!!!!!ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ!!!!!!! Very, very very bad tourist office as a whole !! If there is a problem, they will simply shut you down !!!! If they sold you a package, don't you dare ask about the trip, just no one will talk, except one employee raised her voice tone and spoke aggressively to customers !!!!!!! INCREDIBLE !!!!!! !
t	tania demertzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΤΑΛΑΙΠΩΡΊΑ!!!Από που να ξεκινήσω. 1.Ταξιδεψαμε μέσα στον Αύγουστο (περίοδο κορωνοιου).Δεν υπήρχε καμία θερμομετρηση στα λεωφορεία ενώ πολλοί μέσα στο λεωφορείο δεν φορούσαν μάσκα χωρίς να γίνει καμία επίπληξη από τούς υπευθύνους. 2. Αναρωτιέμαι γιατί δεν ενημερώνουν τον κόσμο ότι η διαδρομή Θεσσαλονίκη-Ραφήνα και το αντίστροφο διαρκεί μόλις 8+ ώρες!!!!!!!! Ταλαιπωρια, υπολογίστε ότι χρειάζεται και άλλες 4 ώρες (τουλάχιστον για Τήνο που εμείς πήγαμε) συνολο 13-15 ώρες! 3. Αφού πήγαμε 7 το πρωί και φτάσαμε 11,30 το βράδυ Τήνο, δεν υπήρχε λεοφωρειο για να παραλάβει τα πράγματα και να μας πάει ξενοδοχείο!!!!είχαν αφήσει μια ξεναγό την Έλσα έρμαιο σε εμάς τα λιοντάρια (λόγω κούρασης) η οποία τελικά είναι η μόνη που αξίζει στον ζορπιδη!!! 4. Η "αρχηγός " όταν πηγαίναμε από Θεσσαλονίκη-Ραφήνα όχι η Έλσα, δεν ήξερε καν με ποιό καράβι ταξιδεύουμε...οπότε προετοιμαστείτε μόνοι σας. 5. Οι οδηγοί κατά την επιστροφή ήταν αρκετά κουρασμένοι. Είμαστε και εμείς οδηγοί και αντιλαμβανόμαστε την ορθή οδήγηση! Το 1 αστέρι το δίνω μόνο για την Έλσα, την ξεναγό στην Τήνο. Ενημερωμένη, πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει (κρατούσε 2,3 βαλιτσαρες αγανακτισμένων πελατών όταν φτάσαμε Τήνο και τις πήγαινε στο ξενοδοχείο), γνωστης του νησιού, εξαιρετική ξενάγηση, κατατοπιστική, γελαστή, ήρεμη. Λαχείο για το συγκεκριμένο πρακτορείο. Κρίμα για την χαμένη αίγλη του Ζορπιδη. SUFFERING !!! Where to start. 1. We traveled in August (coronation period). There were no thermometers on the buses while many in the bus did not wear masks without being reprimanded by those in charge. 2. I wonder why they do not inform the people that the route Thessaloniki-Rafina and vice versa lasts only 8+ hours !!!!!!!! Suffering, calculate that it takes another 4 hours (at least for Tinos where we went) a total of 13-15 hours! 3. After we went at 7 in the morning and arrived at 11.30 in the evening Tinos, there was no bus to pick up things and take us to a hotel !!!! after all, she is the only one who deserves the zorpidis !!! 4. The "leader" when we were going from Thessaloniki-Rafina, not Elsa, did not even know which boat we were traveling on ... so prepare yourself. 5. The drivers on the way back were quite tired. We are also drivers and we understand the right driving! I give the 1 star only for Elsa, the guide in Tinos. Informed, willing to serve us (she was holding 2.3 suitcases of indignant customers when we arrived in Tinos and took them to the hotel), known to the island, excellent tour, informative, smiling, calm. Lottery for this agency. Too bad for the lost glamor of Zorpidis.

Έχουμε κανονίσει τις μοναδικές άδειες μας για φέτος το καλοκαίρι και 1.5 ημέρα πριν μας ακυρώνουν την εκδρομή στην Τήνο γιατί δεν συμπληρώθηκαν τα άτομα που θέλουν. Αν βλέπετε ότι δεν συμπληρώνονται μπορείτε να ειδοποιήσετε μια εβδομάδα πρίν και να μας προετοιμάσετε ότι η εκδρομή υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην γίνει. Απλά ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ, δεν τους συστήνω. Unacceptable for an agency with this name. We have arranged our unique permits for this summer and 1.5 days before our trip to Tinos is canceled because the people who want it have not been completed. If you see that they are not completed you can notify us a week in advance and prepare us that the trip may not take place. Just TRAGIC, I do not recommend them.
