K	Katia Milona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις σπάνιες φορές που μένω τόσο ευχαριστημένη από κάποια courier! Τα εύσημα οφείλω να τα δώσω στην κοπέλα που εξυπηρετεί στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Παρόλο που διαχειρίζεται ολόκληρο τον όγκο των εργασιών μόνη της, μιλώντας ταυτόχρονα με 2 ή και 3 πελάτες παραμένει απίστευτα ευγενική, χαμογελαστή & εξυπηρετική τόσο από το τηλέφωνο όσο και από κοντά. Πραγματικά τόσο επικοινωνιακή, μου έφτιαξε τη μέρα, ενώ το κατάστημα σαν χώρος με εντυπωσίασε με την απλότητα του. Το δέμα μου με διαβεβαίωσε πως θα το παραλάβω μόλις την επόμενη μέρα και αν μπορούσα να βάλω κι άλλα αστεράκια θα τα έβαζα. From the rare times I am so happy with a courier! I have to give the praise to the girl who serves in the specific store. Although she manages the entire volume of work alone, talking to 2 or even 3 clients at the same time, she remains incredibly polite, smiling & helpful both on the phone and up close. Really so communicative, it made my day, while the store as a place impressed me with its simplicity. My parcel assured me that I would receive it just the next day and if I could put more stars I would put them.
A	Angelos Vasdaris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθα στις 6:15 η κοπέλα ήταν μέσα. Με αγένεια μου είπε ότι έχουν κλείσει και δεν μου πρότεινε να με εξυπηρετήσει. Δεν ξέρω τι λεφτά την πληρώνουν αλλά μόλις έκανα ένα πολύ δυσάρεστημενο πελάτη που πρέπει να ξανακάνει μαγικά για να παραλαβει κάτι. Παλιές μέρες δημοσίου ζούμε I came at 6:15 the girl was inside. He rudely told me that they had closed and did not offer to serve me. I do not know how much money they pay her but I just made a very unhappy customer who has to do magic again to receive something. We live in old public days

Μού εξήγησε λεπτομέρειες και κάναμε και χιούμορ! Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, απίθανη υπάλληλος! The clerk was very helpful, smiling and cheerful! He helped me a lot and even prepared the package for me with great care and attention. He explained details to me and we also made humor! Flawless service, amazing employee!

Και τις τρεις φορές το εφέραν μια μέρα νωρίτερα και ξαναπέρασαν την επομενη μέρα σε άλλη ώρα από αυτή που είχαμε "συνεννοηθει" Τι να πω? Three times I have made an appointment for delivery, at a certain day and time leaving my job (3 times !!) to be on time. All three times they brought it a day earlier and again the next day at a different time than we had "agreed" What to say?

Unacceptable, the opening hours are only 10.00 - 18.00 daily, without Saturday to Sunday, with the result that if someone works he can not pick up a parcel.

Παιρνεις τηλεφωνο για ενημερωση και απανταει η αλλη μεσα στην ξινιλα, σου λεει τα τυπικα και στο κλεινει και στα μουτρα. Απλα τραγικοι... 2 days is the package in the store 5 'with the legs half a minute with the motorbike and has not been delivered. Σ	Σοφη Τριγκ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτηκαι αγενεστατη η κυρία στην εξυπηρέτηση, εφόσον είναι η δεύτερη φορά που πάω και υπάρχει η ιδια αντιμετώπιση.αφου επέμενε ότι μου έδωσε το δέμα,εντέλει το είχε πάρει μια άλλη κυρία.ευτυχως ο νεαρός που ήταν μαζί της,το βρήκε και μου είπε ότι θα το παραλάβουν και θα μου το παραδώσουν την επόμενη μέρα. Την επομενη με πήραν να μου πουν ότι το παρέλαβαν και να πάω να το πάρω από εκεί,ενώ είχαν πει ότι θα το στείλουν. Φυσικά αρνήθηκα και τους είπα να μου το στείλουν. Γενικά δεν είστε ούτε για ένα αστέρι. Unacceptable and rude lady in the service, since it is the second time I go and there is the same treatment. After insisting that she gave me the package, finally another lady had taken it. Fortunately the young man who was with her, found it and told me that they will pick it up and deliver it to me the next day. The next day they took me to tell me that they had received it and to go and get it from there, while they had said that they would send it. Of course I refused and told them to send it to me. Generally you are not even for a star.

Το δέμα μου εχει φτάσει από την Παρασκευή , μεσολαβούσε αργία την Δευτέρα, τους καλώ την Τρίτη μετά από ενημέρωση που είχα μέσω email από την εταιρία που εκανα την παραγγελία μου. Μου απαντάνε με ύφος και θέλοντας να αποφύγουν να με εξυπηρετήσουν , πριν καν της δωσω το νούμερο της παραγγελίας μου είπε ότι δεν είναι στο δικο τους κατάστημα κάτι που φυσικά δεν ισχυε, με τα πολλά μου λέει ότι θα το παραλάβω την Τετάρτη αν και επέμενε να πάω να το παραλάβω ο ίδιος από το κατάστημα , σταμάτησε μόνο όταν της είπα ότι εργάζομαι και δεν μπορώ να πάω. Τετάρτη μεσημέρι τους καλώ απο μόνος μου για να τους ρωτήσω για το δέμα , μου απαντάει με ύφος μια κυρία πως οι παραδόσεις γίνονται μέχρι τις 18:30 και να περιμένω.. 17:50 ξανά καλώ , μιλάω με άντρα (ευγενικός μεν) αλλά με ενημερώνει πως ο κούριερ της περιοχής είχε ένα θέμα σήμερα και έφυγε , και πως το δέμα θα το παραλάβω αύριο.. ελπίζω να μην χρειαστεί να γράψω και αύριο σχολιο.. Not even for a star! My parcel has arrived since Friday, it was a holiday on Monday, I call them on Tuesday after an email notification I had from the company that placed my order. They answer me in style and wanting to avoid serving me, before I even gave her the order number she told me that it is not in their store which of course was not the case, with many she tells me that I will receive it on Wednesday although she insisted on I'm going to pick it up myself from the store, she only stopped when I told her I was working and I could not go. On Wednesday afternoon I call them on my own to ask them about the package, a lady answers in style that the deliveries are made until 18:30 and I wait .. 17:50 I call again, I talk to a man (polite though) but with informs that the courier of the area had an issue today and left, and that I will receive the parcel tomorrow .. I hope I do not have to write a comment tomorrow ..
