★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and beautiful room. We rented the penthouse, which had the main room and a den. The location is simply perfect. Next time we will go there. Advice, the owner prefers to pay in cash.

My friend and I booked a room and even got charge for it but when it was time to check in the told us that the room was already use by someone else cause apparently they didn't receive the payment so gave the room to someone else
Even with proof they did not want to hear anything
They were SUPER RUDE and didn't want to gear anything about it
DO NOT GO to this hotel unless you want to get scammed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emmanuel is a very nice guy, he will make sure your stay is enjoyable. Only a short walk away from the old harbour. You will have a very romantic stay. I love to cook, so I walked down to the market and we purchased our favourite fish. We had a home made romantic dinner on the small balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is beautifully cared for, comfortable and very thoughtfully designed for the traveller. Manoli and family are so helpful and assist in every way to make a memorable stay. They called taxis for us, stayed late beyond midnight to let us in and recommended places to eat. The bedrooms are cosy, airy and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend a stay at 11 City Rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Chania for a day trip and decided on impulse to stay over. Stumbled on this place and got a fantastic room in the heart of the old town for a very reasonable price. Owners couldn't be more helpful.
Well worth what we paid for a lovely room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful about this establishment as it's a SCAM. I made a reservation via booking, the money was charged from my bank account and 11City Hotel informed me that my bank card info was not correct (then how come booking was able to charge me for the stay?). As a result, 3 days before my trip I had to make a new reservation in another place, paying TRIPLE THE PRICE for a late reservation, as they canceled my reservation very last minute and OFFERED MY ROOM TO SOMEONE else! If you don't want RUIN your vacation, make sure to AVOID this place. They are a WASTE OF TIME and MONEY. 100% DISAPPOINTMENT.
