Μια άτυχη στιγμή, που δεν μπορούσε να βρει την κουβέρτα μου αλλά χωρίς καμία δυσανασχετηση κ χωρίς να χάσει την υπομονή του. Με ενημέρωσαν αμεσως να την παραλάβω μόλις την βρήκαν. Α	Αθανάσιος Καπράλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα -5 αστέρια θα άξιζε 100% γιατί η πονηριά, η απατεωνιά, η τσαπατσουλιά, η απάτη και κυρίως τα κακά ψέματα είναι όλα αρνητικά. Επειδή α) με βόλευε ως θέση καταστήματος και β) ελπίζοντας ότι το όνομα μιας αλυσίδας θα σήμαινε ποιότητα πήγα αρχικά δυο κουρτίνες και από κεκτημένη ταχύτητα ένα δερμάτινο μπουφάν για βαφή, μια (φω) γούνα/μπουφάν για καθάρισμα και ένα κουστούμι. Σύνολο 150 τουλάχιστον ευρώ όπου 60 ευρώ ήταν η βαφή για το μπουφάν, 60 ο καθαρισμός της γούνας (επιμένανε ότι είναι γνήσια) και 30 ευρώ περίπου οι κουρτίνες και μάλλον 20 το σακάκι με το γιλέκο. Και μου κάνανε και 10 ευρώ έκπτωση στα "δερμάτινα" λόγο ποσότητας... (από 65 σε 60) Με κεκτημένη ξανά ταχύτητα πήγα ο αφελής και μια τσάντα δερμάτινη για βαφή όταν παρέλαβα τις κουρτίνες. Μετά από περίπου 2 εβδομάδες με πήραν τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι η τσάντα πλέον κοστίζει 130 ευρώ αλλά γιατί έχουν "καλό διευθυντή" μου το πήγαν στα 120! Όταν τους είπα γιατί? η πρώτη κορυφαία απάντηση ήταν ότι ανεβήκανε οι τιμές από την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα (δλδ 100% πάνω). Όταν τους είπα ΟΜΩΣ ότι τους το άφησα πριν από ΔΥΟ εβδομάδες ΚΑΙ ΕΙΧΑΜΕ ΣΥΜΦΩΝΗΣΕΙ ΣΤΗΝ ΤΙΜΗ η απάντηση ήταν "αυτή είναι η νέα μας τιμή"!. Τότε υποπτεύτηκα ότι η τιμή αυξήθηκε γιατί είδαν ότι η τσάντα ήταν επώνυμη και είδαν "χρήμα" και πορτοφάλι να φάνε. Τους προειδοποίησα να μην το κάνουν, να τιμήσουν την τιμή που είχαν συμφωνήσει (γραμμένη πάνω στη χάρτινη σακούλα που την επιστρέψαν) ειδάλλως θα έγραφα κριτική για ΑΠΑΤΗ εδώ και θα τους έπαιρνε δημόσια ο διασυρμός. Όταν πήγα να παραλάβω τα πάντα μου τη γυρίσαν στη μούγγα ΑΒΑΦΗ διότι ψέλλισαν ότι "δυστυχώς η συγκεκριμένη τσάντα ΔΕ ΜΠΟΡΕΙ ΝΑ ΒΑΦΤΕΙ!" και "όχι δεν έχει σχέση με την τιμή, προσπαθήσαμε αλλά δε φτιάχνεται" Η τσάντα αγαπητοί πήγε σε στιλβωτήριο σήμερα και με τα ίδια λεφτά θα βαφτεί από τεχντίτη με εμπειρία 50 ετών! Και επειδή του εξήγησα του κυρ Νίκου στη Βουλής τα πάντα η απάντηση ήτανε και από αυτόν "........" ( τα αυτονόητα περί εντιμότητας και επαγγελματισμού) Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα είναι ότι οι κουρτίνες είναι ΟΛΟ ελαφριές ΤΣΑΛΑΚΕΣ γιατί δεν σιδερώθηκαν σωστά. Η υπάλληλος που σιδερώνει είναι πίσω από το ταμείο. Όταν είχα πρωτοπάει την έβλεπα με τί αστραπιαία ταχύτητα σιδέρωνε και είπα "δε μπορεί να είναι τσαπατσούλα, προφανώς έχει απίστευτη εμπειρία". Οι κουρτίνες περαστήκαν ως σίφουνας. Από κοντά είναι ΠΑΝΤΟΥ μικρές τσαλάκες. ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΤΟΥΣ όχι για τις τσαλάκες αλλά γιατί νομίζουν ότι οι πελάτες είναι χωρίς δύναμη και κορόιδα. Προσωπικά όχι μόνο δε θα ξαναπάω αλλά θα τους αναφέρω παντού για την κουτοπονηρία και την πλεονεκτική πλεονεξία τους. ΚΑΜΙΑ δικαιολογία. ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΤΟΥΣ. Τα λεφτά σας αλλού! Όχι σε τέτοιους κακούς ανθρώπους. If I could I would put -5 stars it would be worth 100% because the cunning, the fraud, the sloppiness, the fraud and especially the bad lies are all negative. Because a) it suited me as a store location and b) hoping that the name of a chain would mean quality I first went for two curtains and from an acquired speed a leather jacket for painting, a (light) fur / jacket for cleaning and a suit. A total of at least 150 euros where 60 euros was the dye for the jacket, 60 euros for the cleaning of the fur (he insisted that it is genuine) and about 30 euros for the curtains and probably 20 euros for the jacket with the vest. And they gave me a 10 euro discount on the "leather" because of the quantity ... (from 65 to 60) Gaining speed again, I went naive and a leather bag for painting when I received the curtains. After about 2 weeks they called me and told me that the bag now costs 130 euros but because they have a "good manager" they took it to me at 120! When I told them why? the first top answer was that prices went up from last week (dld 100% up). BUT when I told them that I left it to them TWO weeks ago AND WE HAD AGREED ON THE PRICE the answer was "this is our new price" !. Then I suspected that the price had risen because they saw that the bag was branded and they saw "money" and a wallet to eat. I warned them not to do it, to honor the price they had agreed (written on the paper bag they returned) otherwise I would write a review for FRAUD here and the radio would take them publicly. When I went to pick up everything, they turned it into PAINT PAINT because they shouted that "unfortunately this particular bag CANNOT BE PAINTED!" and "no it has nothing to do with price, we tried but it does not work" The bag, dear ones, went to a polisher today and with the same money it will be painted by a craftsman with 50 years of experience! And because I explained to Mr. Nikos in Parliament everything was the answer from him "........" (the obvious about honesty and professionalism) The icing on the cake is that the curtains are ALL light WRINKLES because they were not ironed properly. The ironing clerk is behind the counter. When I was a pioneer I saw her lightning fast and said "she can not be a slut, obviously she has incredible experience". The curtains passed like a siphon. Close up are EVERY small crumbs. THEIR SHAME not for the crumbs but because they think that the customers are without power and sucker. Personally, not only will I not go again but I will mention them everywhere for their gossip and benevolent greed. NO excuse. SHAME ON THEM. Your money elsewhere! Not to such bad people.
