★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους έδωσα για στεγνό καθάρισμα όλα τα κασμιρένια μου ρούχα. Μου έκανα ζημιά σε ένα Versace κασκόλ αξίας 650€ (το οποίο από πετραχήλι μου το επέστρεψαν χαρτοπετσέτα) και σε μια μπλούζα ZADIG&VOLTAIR αξίας 350€ (από L έγινε crop). Όταν επέστρεψα για να παραπονεθώ δεν ζήτησαν καν συγνώμη και η γυναίκα που εργάζεται στο κατάστημα είπε ότι δεν θυμάται το μέγεθος (ενώ τα είχε γράψει όταν παρέδωσα τα ρούχα) και ότι δεν ξέρει αν είναι αληθινά χωρίς να λαμβάνει υπόψην της ότι ήταν ξεκάθαρα κασμιρένια.
I gave them all my cashmere clothes for dry cleaning. I damaged a Versace scarf worth € 650 (which was returned to me by a napkin) and a ZADIG & VOLTAIR blouse worth € 350 (from L it was crop). When I returned to complain they did not even apologize and the woman working in the store said that she did not remember the size (while she had written them when I handed over the clothes) and that she did not know if they were real without taking into account that they were clearly cashmere.
