★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are awful. My sister and I brought a loud of clothes to have them dry cleaned. Once we got our clothes back we were very disappointed. The clothes were not cleaned, they were in worse condition. For example, we do not have pets and we gave them a black coat to clean. It came back with the same stains plus a bunch of dog hair. Also, the silk shirts smelled bad and I asked them to rewash them, they said that the smell is permanent and it is not their fault. I still asked them to clean them again. I picked them up and they still smelled. I went home and washed them on my own and the smell was gone. We also gave them pants and blazers, they were dirty once we got them back and we had to wash them on our own as well. I am big on writing reviews but I was charged for clothes that were not washed so if you want clean clothes then go somewhere else.
